In seinen Financial News publizierte Yahoo am 27.10.2004, dass das Unternehmen Arizona Aircraft Spares Inc. ("AZAA") einen bindenden Letter of Intent unterzeichnet hat, bestimmte Anlagegüter und Verbindlichkeiten von 1Cellnet zu übernehmen und das Unternehmen in Cell Wireless Corporation umzubenennen. Die Anzahl der Händler soll im Fiskaljahr 2005 von derzeit 120.000 auf über 300.000 MLMer ausgebaut werden.
