Der Hurraschreier Paul van Osdol durfte noch mehrere Male vor die "Kamera" mit Enthüllungen, die nicht von ihm sind, sondern von amerikanischen Bloggern gefunden und ihm gegeben worden waren.

3 1/2 Monate später startet Dewayne Smith seinen "Feldzug" gegen Kritiker. Manche giftet er in langen Textpassagen an. Über das TG-1 jault er bloß rum und kneift den Schwanz ein.  ;D

Transgallaxys Forum

Another site that may populate when conducting an internet search is Transgallaxys Forum. An Internet forum is a website where people can have discussions in the form of posted messages. Like most forums, it is simply a place to share your opinion, which does not have to be based on facts. We do not oppose the use of forums. If we did, we would not have a forum of our own. They can be a great place for individuals to share information and experiences when the moderators encourage open discussion based on facts.

Efforts have been made to address claims made on Transgallaxys Forum in the section titled, “General Legal Response to Claims”. Some claims are not deserving of a response and no time will be wasted on such claims. As you conduct research, you may determine you have questions that have not been answered or that you would like more information. We highly encourage you to contact us for further information. We also encourage you to conduct independent research regarding claims made.

Dewayne Smith is a spineless piece of shit. Against the mass of facts against him and his accomplices he does not have the slightest chance.

Dewayne Smith will end up in jail. Unless some of his victims decide to nail him to a streetlight pole... Fighting cancer and nearly dead, even a child has no problems to unload some bullets on him. There are far more guns in the US than citizens. It only takes some bucks to buy one.

Introduction

The purpose of this report is to notify the public about ongoing efforts to suppress the treatment options offered by our organization. It will address the concerns and misinformation found online in regards to the founders and researchers of the Delta Institute, the BX Protocol™, staff, affiliates, members, and associates. Delta Institute is dedicated to providing accurate information for members and potential members alike. Delta Institute, working with Interpol and the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), has launched an investigation to combat acts of cyber terrorism committed by the media firm and the university funded students, for alleged harassment and crimes violating international standards for online activity. Delta Institute utilizes a variety of investigative tools needed to fight this range of cybercrime that pharmaceutical companies use as an ongoing tactic to fight against and suppress emerging health benefits within the integrative medicine sector. To find out more about suppression, please watch the following video:
Bx Legal Report
Our treatment protocols are now supported by referring doctors in 18 countries. As the largest non-conventional program of our type, it is logical we are a target for medical suppression. Leiden University is funded by CEL (Centre of Education and Learning), a collaboration between the universities of Leiden, Delft, and Rotterdam. In 2015, Delta Institute became aware that several Ph.D. candidates from Leiden University in the Netherlands are performing dissertation research on suppression of dissent techniques. We identified that the BX Protocol™ has been the primary target for this research project.
In 2016, our organization hired a Russian-based security firm to investigate the source of significant cyber-attacks against our organization. We now have documented proof regarding a well-orchestrated effort funded by two large pharmaceutical companies and initiated by a New York Media firm, specializing in disinformation campaigns. This effort involves direct attacks against 16 large “non-conventional organizations” similar to ours. The conspiracy against our protocol includes a vast network of forums, websites (such as RationalWiki), blogs, and physician and university groups, representing a formidable network of media resources designed to silence non-orthodox views and dissenting opinions that run contrary to the established views of conventional oncology.
Over the past year, the New York Media firm and Leiden University have supported cyber harassment with attacks against the BX Protocol™, its researchers, founders, staff, affiliates, members, and associates through the following means:

Deleting, modifying, misquoting, and fabricating information about the BX Protocol™, its founders, researchers, staff, affiliates, members, and associates.
Obstructing research with 3 separate universities.
    Propagation of false rumors.
Posing as patients in forums, blogs, social media, or other internet venues.
Filing formal complaints with government agencies. Making frivolous complaints is one of their key tactics (McDermott et al., 2014).

The philosophical justification for this attack is that our protocol is “pseudo-science” and must be stopped for “the good of the public”. Yet, the organization has contacted three major universities performing studies on our methods and successfully impeded the studies in two of the three universities to suppress the very scientific data they claim we lack.
It is also important to understand that the BX Protocol™ is seen as a threat because:

Delta Institute is developing and manufacturing highly scientific technologies outside of conventional medicine.
Delta Institute is starting its own university to train doctors.
Delta Institute currently has doctor affiliates in 18 countries, of which no less than 30% are MD’s.
Delta Institute is building a medical city in the Carribean.
Delta Institute’s technologies and the BX Protocol™ are effective in treating chronic medical conditions because they target the root cause.
Delta Institute will not pursue drug classification, peer review, or adhere to the double-blind standard.

Delta Institute is aware of the identity of this organization heading the disinformation campaign as well as the people involved. We have evidence and documentation that shows that this effort involves attacks against many people within the integrative health field. The attacks are both tactical and strategic in nature.  Delta Institute can prove that the attacks were precipitated by two large pharmaceutical companies and we have identified at least one US Senator who appears to be the point of contact person for this disinformation campaign. We also know the hired media companies, universities, and individuals involved.
Delta Institute has confirmed that the attacks are specifically a suppression of dissent campaign that began against the anti-vaccination movement and has continued to spread from there. This is a well-funded campaign and as far as we can tell the BX Protocol™ is a primary target. We have learned that the Rational Wiki website along with many other Blogs, Forums etc., are all part of a worldwide organized network of media resources hired by the pharmaceutical industry to discredit the Integrative and or Alternative medical field. We continue to gather evidence and will share more as it becomes available.
It is important to understand that these individuals use any means necessary in their attempt to encourage us to cease operations. In 2016, one of our email systems was hacked and used to send death threats to Delta Institute board members. The cyber-terrorists demanded significant amounts of money be sent to members that died during, or after using the BX Protocol™. The indicated that failure to meet the deadline to send funds to these individuals would result in the penalty of death. While these statements turned out to be nothing more than idle threats, it is important to call out these behaviors to show just how sick these individuals are.
Delta Institute is committed to having open and honest discussions with any person who expresses interest in doing business with our organization. Open dialogue allows us to engage in discussions that allow all parties to utilize critical thinking skills. Critical thinking allows each individual the opportunity to seek out the necessary information required to make a decision based on facts, not rumors or disinformation. While we make efforts to provide external resources to support our position to help you on this quest, we encourage all interested parties to engage in independent research. Through this research, we are confident each person will identify the path to healing that is best for them.
This legal report will elaborate on responses to false claims found on RationalWiki, Transgallaxys Forum, Twitter, Haxabja YouTube Videos, and the WTAE Investigative Report.

Claims that Delta Institute associated doctors have lost their license to practice medicine
Claims that Delta Institute has a “secret scam clinic” in the United States
Claims that Dr. Smith has a fake doctorate originating from a degree mill
Claims that Delta Institute is involved in money laundering
Claims that Dr. Smith is a felon and was arrested and that his mugshots are available on the internet
Claims that cancer patients have died while on the BX Protocol™ due to choosing our program over chemotherapy
Claims that before you begin treatment, you must sign an extensive release form with multiple warnings including the phrase, “not intended for the use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease”
Claims that Delta Institute uses cheap products made in China and then resells them at 10 times the price
Claims that technologies developed by Delta Labs emit the same Ka-band radio frequency as a police radar speed gun
Claims that Delta Institute employees are not licensed physicians
Claims that our testimonials advertise that the BX Protocol™ is a cure for everything
Claims that the BX Protocol™ is not valid because it is not published in a peer review journal
Claims that Delta Institute does not offer evidence or research for any of their claims
Claims that the BX Protocol™ treatment costs $16,995, paid up front, no refunds
Claims that mitochondrial disease is a real affliction and may cause a wide variety of symptoms and that we cannot claim that it’s the root cause of most disease when it is unproven
Claims that Delta Institute’s treatment is an “energized nontoxic biomolecule created from pure crystalline fructose”
Claims that the BX Energy Catalyst is homeopathic or related to ozone therapy, neither which has any relation to the explanation regarding the energized nontoxic biomolecule
Claims that Royal Rife was a discredited scientist who coined the term Bacillus-X and that he was nothing more than a conspiracy-theorist
Claims that Dr. Smith is a book salesman, not a scientist
Claims that Dr. Smith became a scientist after his singing career failed

It is also important to understand medical politics. There are numerous resources available that investigate the suppression of successful medical treatments. We highly encourage you to research this topic. Evidence exists that shows how the American Medical Association kept records of every practitioner and clinic that did not practice drug-based medicine. They worked with various governmental agencies to suppress or distort information on therapeutic approaches that competed with conventional medicine’s drugs and procedures (Lisa, 1994). Researching the history of medical suppression and understanding how it is used today can help you better understand why Delta Institute has been targeted. We hope this legal report is an effective tool for any person interested in finding out the facts about the BX Protocol™. Delta Institute International is committed to providing information to members and prospective members alike. Campaigns of misinformation have been prominent against the BX Protocol™ but are not based on facts. Additionally, much of the information misrepresented was illegally obtained. If you have any concerns or questions in regards to the Delta Institute, the BX Protocol™, or its founders, we encourage you to engage in open dialogue with us so we may address them. We also invite you to visit our forum to see responses from our legal team and what other members are saying about us.

The BX Protocol Forum

The BX Protocol Forum was designed to provide a central location where individuals could easily access rebuttals to frequently made claims. Much of the information found in this report can be found in the forum. When concerns about legitimacy arise, the forum allows Delta Institute to provide fact-based responses from our legal team, Case Managers, and other staff members. Additionally, it is a place where members and their families can share their experiences with the protocol. The BX Protocol Forum home page can be accessed by clicking on the following link:
http://www.bxprotocolforum.com/

In recent months, Delta Institute has been criticized for asking those who would like to contribute to the forum to register. Additional criticism was levied against us when we closed new registrations in November 2016. Some would like you to believe that we require registrations and closed new registrations because we want to censor posts that do not portray our company in a positive light. This is simply not the case. When the forum was first launched, we allowed contributors to register and post their thoughts, opinions, and experiences. As time went on, we were forced to stop allowing new registrations because it was continually targeted by hackers. To secure the site, limitations to registrations had to be made. This is not ideal as it reduces the effectiveness of the forum. It also decreases our ability to promote the intended purpose of our site when new members are not allowed to share their thoughts, experiences, and opinions. We will continue to explore alternatives that will allow new forum members to register in a manner that is secure.

RationalWiki
When conducting an internet search for the BX Protocol™, it is likely you will see a link about us on the RationalWiki website. Wiki pages can often help individuals find legitimate resources when seeking information on a wide variety of topics. Generally speaking, Wiki pages can be a good place to start research, but cannot be relied upon as a primary source. It is also important to understand that not all Wiki pages are created equally. Many Wiki pages are designed to be neutral in nature in an effort to increase legitimacy. They provide fact-based information so individuals can conduct further research and decide for themselves. Other Wiki pages, such as RationalWiki, are more biased in nature. According to their website (www.rationalwiki.org), the purpose of RationalWiki includes:

Analyzing and refuting pseudoscience and the anti-science movement
Documenting the full range of crank ideas
    Explorations of authoritarianism and fundamentalism
Analysis of criticism of how these subjects are handled in the media

We do not take issue with the purpose of RationalWiki. We strongly believe that each organization is entitled to fulfill their intended purpose in the way they see fit. In fact, their snarky point of view format can be very entertaining and some ideas presented meet their criteria. However, it is important for individuals to understand how the organization operates, who contributes to it, and how their agenda is executed. It is also important to understand that RationalWiki should not be considered as a primary source for research.
According to their website, RationalWiki is not a neutral point of view like Wikipedia. A neutral point of view is when the contributor provides a fact-based representation on the topic they are researching to provide and overview of the big picture. The writer often includes references to support their assessment. RationalWiki states that they do not censor, hide, or ignore things, but that they are uncompromising on what is right and what is wrong, and why that is so. This means that a contributor can make an assessment of a particular topic and present their opinion without researching opposing viewpoints. Additionally, their page states that while “references are desired” writers are encouraged to draw their own conclusions. These conclusions do not have to be based on facts. For this reason, RationalWiki is not recommended for use when looking for unbiased research.
When the article on the BX Protocol™ initially surfaced, Delta Institute wished to engage in open dialogue to correct false statements and misinformation. It was our desire to explain the science behind our protocol. Unfortunately, there was no interest in conversation or correcting these misrepresentations. Our only option was to post our responses on the “Talk” page, which we had no problem doing. Per their website, if the information proves the statements are false, the main article will be edited appropriately. Of course, this did not happen. Even when verification was provided showing some statements were completely false, no effort to correct or remove these statements were made. This is not highly surprising. It is a Wiki page that is not administrated by anyone other than a few volunteer moderators. Additionally, other bloggers have pointed out that because the page is presenting a biased point of view, they misrepresent and omit content that goes against their case (Quora, 2016). This has been our experience as well and seems to completely contradict their statement that they do not censor, hide or ignore things and that their desire is to show “why” it is so.
Many claims that were made on RationalWiki can be found in the section titled, “General Legal Response to Claims”. Keep in mind, some claims are not deserving of a response and no time will be wasted on them. As you conduct research, you may determine you have questions that have not been answered or that you would like more information. We highly encourage you to contact us for further information. We also encourage you to conduct independent research regarding claims made.

Do note the difference! Of the RationalWiki Dewayne Smith does give the url: http://www.rationalwiki.org

But of the TG-1 he does not give the url. Because he is so very afraid of what is written and archived here in the TG-1 about his crimes.

The TG-1 is THE source on the crimes of Dewayne Smith. Thanks for admitting this, Smith, you asshole.  :P

Twitter

Twitter has been an excellent tool for us to share information about the BX Protocol™ with those who are interested in finding out more about our organization. Once individuals express interest, it is not uncommon for them to be contacted by R0b1999. Many of our current members and other supporters have been contacted by this individual. Much of the information presented on his page is very similar to claims made on RationalWiki, Transgallaxy Forum, and other outlets. Some proprietary information that was used in his tweets was stolen directly from our internal affiliate website. When a security breach was recognized, we were forced to shut down our member Back Office for a short period of time to ensure the sensitive medical information of our members was safe. Enhancements have been made to help cease future potential breaches on all sites we operate. We know that the Twitter user R0b1999 has used large volumes of stolen information in his tweets. It is also important to call out that much of the information this individual tweets is highly biased and misrepresents our protocol. Some tweets are purely false.

Twitter is another forum where individuals are allowed to share their opinion with others. Tweets are not fact-checked and the information is often biased. Again, efforts have been made to address claims made on Twitter in the section titled, “General Legal Response to Claims”. Like other sites, some claims are not deserving of a response and no time will be wasted on such claims. As you conduct research, you may determine you have questions that have not been answered or that you would like more information. We highly encourage you to contact us for further information. Do read very carefully:

"We know that the Twitter user R0b1999 has used large volumes of stolen information in his tweets. It is also important to call out that much of the information this individual tweets is highly biased and misrepresents our protocol. Some tweets are purely false."

WHY do Dewayne Smith and his fellow gangsters KNOW that the information tweeted by R0b1999 "has used large volumes of stolen information in his tweets"? Because R0b1999 quotes internal data. Now, if these internal data is internal data, then it is NOT false. Which means that the tweets by R0b1999 contain TRUE data. We do not know who has such data. But one thing is absolutely sure: if R0b1999 ever had any internal data, then A LOT OF PEOPLE has internal data, and R0b1999, that little chum, is at the end of the line and is only one of them.

No rat hole is deep enough for Dewayne Smith to hide. Hey, Smith, who's knocking at your door?

Haxabja YouTube Videos

YouTube is another great tool we utilize to share videos with information about the BX Protocol™. If you are reading this report, it is likely you have watched our videos on YouTube. You may have even subscribed to our channel. When conducting research about our program, it is likely you may find videos from a user named Haxabja on YouTube. There are several videos in a playlist called “BX-Protocol” Cure All Scam. You may notice that this user points back to RationalWiki as a source for more information on the BX Protocol™. For more information on RationalWiki, please refer to the link on this website. YouTube is another forum where individuals are allowed to share their opinion with others. Videos are not fact-checked and the information is often biased. Claims made in videos from Haxabja can be found in the section titled, “General Legal Response to Claims”. Again, some claims are not deserving of a response and will not be addressed, but we encourage you to reach out to us if you have questions or concerns that have not been addressed.
You may notice that the user points out that the CEO of Delta Institute is requesting the playlist be removed. It is important to understand that this request was not made because we wished to suppress the videos. While the videos spread misinformation, the primary reason for requesting removal was due to the fact that the videos contained stolen information from proprietary sites. They also included the use of our trademarked information without our permission.  It is not unusual for companies to make requests to protect their trademark. More importantly, it is natural that a company would request videos containing stolen information and media be removed.
One of the videos in the playlist is a video from the FDA providing information on how to spot health fraud scams. This video highlights that a health fraud scam is a way to deceive people into buying health care products that offer a quick fix. It is important to understand that the BX Protocol™ is not a quick fix. Our program is not promising that a member will be cured simply by taking a supplement. For best results, members should follow diet and cleansing recommendations, administer the BX Energy Catalyst™, communicate regularly with their case manager, and complete daily reporting, amongst many other things. The healing process takes time and commitment and we do not advertise that this program is a quick fix for your condition. While our program has been found to treat a variety of illnesses and chronic conditions, we do not make guarantees that it is a cure. Results may vary depending on the individual’s unique case.
The video also mentions that health fraud scams usually have a lot of testimonials, often with paid actors. Delta Institute is often accused of being a “cure all” scam because of the number of those testimonials we have on our website and YouTube channel. Please note, people who provide testimonials for Delta Institute and the BX Protocol™ are REAL members. These members have provided testimonials according to their own free will. Members are NEVER compensated for their testimonial. More information about testimonials can be found in the section titled, “General Legal Response to Claims”.

Dewayne Smith twists like a worm on the hook... Paul van Osdol aired his video reports in an area very crucial for Dewayne Smith. Because people there can recognize him. They can prove that he still is in the USA and not in Hong-Kong/China. And the videos show facts which Smith does not want his victims to know. But, it is not much. The TG-1 has A LOT more of facts. Have a look:

"The Dewayne Lee Smith files, BX Protocol, Delta Institute, Utah
Lethal fraud committed by Dewayne Lee Smith, Linda Pendleton Smith, Todd David Mauer, and other accomplices"

http://www.transgallaxys.com/~kanzlerzwo/index.php?board=427.0

But, okay, let's see what Dewayne Smith scribbled:

WTAE Investigative Reports

In 2016, we were contacted by an ABC news affiliate, Paul Van Osdol, with WTAE Pittsburg. Dr. Smith communicated with Mr. Van Osdol and agreed to contribute to the story he was working on regarding the BX Protocol™. We cooperated with the reporter by providing contact information for university researchers and facilitating communication with members. We had every reason to believe he was a fair reporter and that all sides of the story would be shared with the public he serves. Unfortunately, we were shown that he had little interest in presenting a fair and balanced review.
After the story aired, we received digital assets that affirmed for nearly six months, Paul Van Osdol had been in contact with the Netherlands group responsible for many of the disinformation campaigns launched against us. We further discovered that Mr. Van Osdol, who is also Dutch, is a long-time cohort of the disinformation team, outside of the capacity with ABC News. Much of the information used in this news report was obtained illegally through the hacking of Delta’s proprietary online systems. Other records confirm that Mr. Van Osdol also subscribes to the same ideology of the group of hackers responsible for the disinformation campaign against us.
Detailed responses to many of the claims in the WTAE Investigative report can be found in this report under the section titled, “General Legal Response to Claims.” However, it is important to highlight the following:
The main story highlights a member named Terry, who allegedly died while doing our program. Mr. Van Osdol failed to present the full story, including the following facts:

No funds were collected from Terry. She was a case study and her program costs were funded through Delta’s foundation.
Terry was a cancer researcher with a background in science.
Terry was never able to start the BX Protocol™ as her primary form of treatment.
Terry advised us that she chose chemotherapy to appease her family. In one correspondence she wrote, “I fear chemotherapy is killing me.” She died two weeks later.

The investigative report claims that shortly after Ron completed his video testimonial for the BX Protocol™, he died. The following facts were omitted and/or misrepresented:

Ron began the BX Protocol™ on hospice with only two weeks to live.
The video cited was a video of Ron, just 30 days after he started treatment.
Ron went on to be discharged from hospice.
Ron’s oncologist encouraged him to continue the BX Protocol™ based on the results he was receiving.
Ron resumed a normal lifestyle. He ran half marathons, went skydiving, vacationed in Costa Rica, and more.
Ron did a follow-up video one year after the cited video. Mr. Van Osdol was provided this video but chose not to use it. He also chose to claim that Ron died directly after doing the initial video, which is false.

Valerie Donaldson was kind enough to initiate contact with the reporter to offer valuable insight into the effectiveness of the BX Protocol™. The following facts were omitted and/or misrepresented by Mr. Van Osdol:

In past interviews, Dr. Donaldson had expressed that 100% of her patients got better. She did not indicate that they were cured. In a private interview with Mr. Van Osdol, Dr. Donaldson clarified that she could not think of a single patient that the BX Protocol™ did not benefit in some way. This information was not presented to viewers.
Van Osdol agreed to do an off-camera interview at her office. After the interview, he surrounded her in a private parking lot just to obtain the “footage effect” seen in the report to promote the idea that she was unwilling to do the interview, which was false.

During an interview with a member who had success with our program, she was told that her outcome was nothing more than a placebo.
While Mr. Van Osdol was in possession of multiple success stories from members, he failed to present the details and implied it was only helpful for members with Lyme Disease.
Van Osdol interviewed the deputy director of the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute who claimed that BX Protocol™is not valid because it is not peer reviewed. Mr. Van Osdol did not present the whole story. Please note the following:

Delta Institute contracted and paid the university directly to conduct the study. Delta Institute was invoiced by the university, and the university was paid directly. No payments were ever sent to the researcher (see Exhibit B & Exhibit C).
The university researcher notified Delta Institute that Dutch and German university groups “intervened” to stop future studies at Utah State University.
Van Osdol was offered access to over 150 pages of research conducted over a 2-year period at Utah State University. He quoted the head of the department of Utah State University as saying, “We do not endorse the BX Protocol.” Yet, he refused to interview the researcher involved. The researcher is a 25-year veteran in cancer researcher who had nothing but good things to say about the research conducted. More information on that study can be found in the section titled “General Legal Response to Claims”.

Van Osdol claimed that Dr. Smith’s credentials were not valid in the United States. This is completely untrue. Please see the section titled “General Legal Response to Claims” for additional information.
Van Osdol made claims that Delta Institute’s CEO was involved in a scam. He used a court case to support this claim and identified the CEO as a “defendant” when he was actually the “plaintiff” in the matter. The goal was to try to discredit the leadership within the company, so the case was misrepresented.
Exhibit B
Exhibit C
As previously mentioned, additional information regarding claims made in the WTAE Investigative Report can be found in the section titled, “General Legal Response to Claims”. Like claims made from other sources, some statements are not deserving of a response and no time will be wasted on such claims. As you conduct research, you may determine you have questions that have not been answered or that you would like more information. We highly encourage you to contact us for further information. We also encourage you to conduct independent research regarding claims made.

The Netherlands group? The mysterious, the nebulous, the fantastic group which never existed? Except in the fogged brain of Dewayne Smith...

Okay, well, there might be some groups in the Netherlands. And in Scotland. And in Ireland. And in England. And in Denmark. And, yes, in the Netherlands. Not to forget those in France and Belgium. And the Swedes for sure do count, as well as the Norwegians...

And we have some friends in China. Just to talk about it. We do not brag, you know...

We do not brag. We do investigate. We collect data. Like in this forum thread:

Ralph Moss Claims

Ralph Moss appears to use SEO using negative content related to various integrative protocols. He then sales the traffic various programs. His claims consist of the following:

Claim 1: “Cancer tutor is promoting BX as a cure. Cancer tutor is recommending that people cash in their life insurance policies to purchase BX.”
Response: We are in agreeance with Mr. Moss that this information is not beneficial.Delta Institute has issued a request to have cancer tutor remove any information related to BX from their site. They have responded to our request. Mr. Moss attempted to claim that Delta Institute is posting this information.  That is a false representation.

Claim 2: “BX Protocol is a fraud because they do not disclose the location of their lab.”
Response: An investigation regarding attacks against BX Protocol and it associates will help Mr. Moss understand why we do not disclose the location of some of our facilities. Several of our facilities are open to the public, including our 110-acre Health Restoration Resort in the Caribbean.

Claim 3: “Dr. Smith is adamantly opposed to the peer review process”
Response: This is blatantly false. Peer review is at the heart of the scientific method. However, there is a common misconception that if a treatment option has not had studies published in a peer review journal, then it is invalid and should not be considered an appropriate method of treatment. It is important to understand that this is not always true. In recent years, the peer review process has been called into question on multiple occasions. In an article published in the Wall Street Journal (Campbell, 2014), problems with the peer review process were highlighted, including:

Approved peer review papers being retracted due to an author exploiting the process by giving glowing reviews of his own research using phony names.
There has been an increase in approved peer review papers being retracted due to the authors misrepresenting information which has led to the inability to reproduce study results.
A 2011 report in the monthly journal Nature Reviews Drug Discovery showed that the results of two-thirds of 67 key studies analyzed by Bayer researchers from 2008-2010 COULD NOT be reproduced.
Researchers are often poorly trained in experimental design and many publications do not report basic elements of experimental design.
Some scientists withhold or vaguely describe key pieces of their research to retain a competitive edge, resulting in the inability to duplicate results.
Some journals allow panel members to agree in advance to giving a paper a favorable review to help it get published.

Additional flaws in the peer review process have continued to surface. While there are many peer reviewed scientific claims that are easy to replicate, there are a high number of papers being retracted for not meeting publication criteria. It is not uncommon for the peer review system to reject scientifically valid research while accepting bogus research that cannot be replicated. Journals and researchers often gain notoriety and financial gains despite publishing invalid research that did not truly meet the peer review criteria. While peer review journals can be useful when conducting research, they are not the only way to validate whether or not a treatment protocol is effective.
A 90-day study at Utah State University conducted by Patti Champine, M.Sc. provides results on the effect of BX Energy Catalyst on non-small cell carcinoma cell lines. The 150-page report is available upon request. Additional information and results can be obtained by clicking on the picture below:
It is also important to understand that practical methods for measuring mitochondrial function have been developed. Some of these methods include open-respirometry, crenation studies, and mitochondrial function profiles. Results of clinical studies can be found on the website in Module #2 BX Research (In vivo).
Results of an animal survival study and Respiration study results can also be found on our website.

Claim 4: The BX Protocol authors urge patients to eat a so-called “Delta Diet,” which from their description is composed almost entirely of grains and vegetables.
Response: We do not advocate the use of one specific diet, nor is the diet he references related to cancer specifically. Diets are tailored to individual needs. We tailor dietary needs to the client. These could include:

    Ketogenic
    Macrobiotic
    Paleo
    Gerson
    Many more

It is unfortunate that Mr. moss misrepresents the facts. It is our opinion that his motivations are related to search engine optimization through exploiting key words related to his competitors.

To make it short: Dewayne Smith talks bullshit. Well, who would have expected otherwise?

Did Ralph Moss, the self-acclaimed "cancer advisor", really write what Dewayne Smiths claims?

Let's compare!

BX PROTOCOL
A popular Web site, www.cancertutor.com, contains the following statements by Mr. Webster Kehr about the “BX Protocol”:

“Researched and studied for about eighteen years, BX Energy Catalyst has been found to resolve any type of cancer at any stage….The percentage rate of resolve is very favorable, far more than any chemotherapy/radiation treatment plan could give; in fact, hospice patients are resolved with a 40 percent cure rate, whereas mainstream gives them 0 percent. Because of the BX Energy Catalyst mode of spreading throughout the body, it will easily find cancer cells anywhere they are, and will reach the brain where many tumors are not able to be treated with conventional therapies….BX Energy Catalyst is non-toxic, with no side effects.”(Read More http://www.cancertutor.com/bx_energy_catalyst/)

As the same “Cancer Tutor” site explains:

“The up-front cost of this protocol is $16,995 (this may change from time to time), but by selling life insurance policies this amount is easy to obtain.”

I had to read this over a few times to make sure my eyes weren’t deceiving me. That’s right—a popular Web site promoting the use of complementary and alternative (CAM) treatments for cancer suggests that you sell the life insurance policy that you probably have been paying off for decades, and that your family might need to survive after you are gone. They also have very specific ideas about how you should liquidate that policy. They write (the exclamation marks are in the original):

“DO NOT CASH IN YOUR LIFE INSURANCE POLICY!!!!, work with experts who can sell your policy and they can frequently obtain 50 percent of the face value of the policy to pay for cancer treatments, travel with the family, go to natural medicine cancer clinics anywhere in the world, etc.”(http://www.cancertutor.com/bx_energy_catalyst/)

“Experts” who themselves take up to 50 percent of the face value of your life insurance policy!

And where is the documentation for the claim that “BX Energy Catalyst” can “resolve” any type of cancer at any stage, including brain cancers, or that it can cure 40 percent of people who are already in hospice? After all, if you will pay them $16,995 for this alleged “cure,” you certainly deserve some proof beyond a few testimonial videos.

The Web site of the “BX Protocol” company is permeated with what we might call “secret science.” The authors of the site flatly reject the scientific method. Far from collaborating with the rest of the research community, as the best CAM clinics eagerly do, they have hidden themselves away from it. Their Web site states:

“Much of Dr. Smith’s scientific work has been conducted at the Delta Research Labs, whose location remains undisclosed to the public for security reasons” (emphasis added).

That’s a first for me. A secret laboratory hidden away “for security reasons.” Sounds like something out of a super-hero comic book, not a serious discussion of life-and-death issues.

Let me therefore state the obvious: experimental science is based on transparency, reproducibility and a full disclosure of data. It includes such qualities as openness, communication and accountability. As a 2014 Nature Geoscience editorial stated:

“Two ingredients are essential for reproducibility in any field in science: full disclosure of the methods used to obtain and analyze data, and availability of the data that went into and came out of the analysis.”
(Anon. Towards transparency. Nature Geoscience 7, 777 (2014) doi:10.1038/ngeo2294. Published online 30 October 2014; Aleksic, Jelena, Adrian Alexa, Teresa K. Attwood, Neil Chue Hong, Martin Dahlö, Robert Davey, Holger Dinkel, et al. “An Open Science Peer Review Oath.” F1000Research 3 (2014): 271. doi:10.12688/f1000research.5686.2)

But the “Dr. Smith” who is behind the BX Protocol, if he is a scientist, is alone in thinking that peer review, the methodology that led to the publication of 26 million journal articles in the PubMed database, are part of a scheme to defraud the public. The BX Protocol site reads:

“[Dr. Smith] is adamantly opposed to the peer review process, which he describes as a flawed process at the heart of journalistic pseudoscience.” (www.bxprotocol.com, emphasis added)

I agree with the Open Science Peer Review Oath (2014):

“Peer review is the lynchpin of the [scientific] publishing system.”

Scientific articles are generally not published without other scientists in the same or related fields have a chance to offer input, criticism or suggestions. Of course it is "flawed"--almost everything worthwhile in life is flawed to some degree. But it is also indispensable.

To be clear, there are zero references to the “BX Protocol” or “BX Energy Catalyst” among the 26 million articles in PubMed. When the BX authors cite a laboratory study in China, they do not state where in that giant country the alleged work took place. How then is one supposed to question the researchers about their results or see if the BX Web site's interpretation of their findings is correct. Without transparency, we cannot be sure that this “study” ever really took place. When there is so much money at stake, people have been known to do worse things than fabricate false studies.

DELTA DIET?

In addition, the BX Protocol authors urge patients to eat a so-called “Delta Diet,” which from their description is composed almost entirely of grains and vegetables.

“It is expected that 50-60 percent of your daily food consumption be derived from whole grains and 25-30 percent from fresh vegetables. Of the 25 to 30 precent required for vegetables, you can achieve this through a mix of cooked, raw and juiced vegetables daily.”

Are they unaware that over 50 percent of the US population is now either diabetic or pre-diabetic? Related to this is the fact that two-thirds of the US population is also overweight or obese. Together these add up to the "diabesity" epidemic.
(Menke A, Casagrande S, Geiss L, and Cowie CC. “PRevalence of and Trends in Diabetes among Adults in the United States, 1988-2012.” JAMA 314, no. 10 (September 8, 2015): 1021 29.doi:10.1001/jama.2015.10029; (http://stateofobesity.org/rates/)

Grains, even so-called 'healthy' whole grains, are a major dietary source of carbohydrates, and thus will lead to elevated blood sugars in people who are susceptible. Fruit and vegetable juices are also particularly high in carbohydrates (sugars). The same is true of root vegetables, like carrots and beets. This also impacts the growth of cancer, since most cancers are fueled by a process called "aerobic glycolysis," which requires an abundance of glucose in the blood. So diets for cancer patients that are high in carbs are defying the most basic fact about cancer metabolism--it's avidity for glucose. Otto Warburg won the Nobel Prize for this work in 1931, but apparently the word has not reached some people who write about cancer.
[*/quote*]

What Ralph Moss wrote sounds reasonable. Actually, he is very reluctant with his words. No comparison with th TG-1, of course, where we use the right words for shit like Dewayne Smith.

To defraud cancer victims, and in the way the Smiths and their gang members do it, is a despicable crime - words are not enough to describe it. But we try to do our best. N'est-ce pas, Dewayne Smith, you swine!?

General Legal Response to Claims

Shortened versions of the responses below can be found on our website by accessing the legal page at http://bxprotocol.com/legal_response.php. Additional claims from sources such as RationalWiki, Transgallaxys Forum, Twitter, Haxabja YouTube Videos, and the WTAE Investigative Report are also addressed. Misinformation campaigns are prominent against the BX Protocol™ and it is our desire to provide fact-based responses to each claim against our company. Accusations have been made that we refuse to engage in conversation with those who criticize our program and that we seek to suppress anyone who makes claims against us. This is simply not the case. While we do seek to address illegal activities against us, we encourage open discussions with those who have questions. This report will provide comprehensive information and guidance on common claims to assist interested parties in their evaluation of our company.
Response to claim that Delta Institute associated doctors have lost their license to practice medicine:
Medical professionals and other eligible persons that are interested in sharing the BX Protocol™ with their patients or clients go through a general screening process. Interested parties must meet approval criteria in order to gain access to our proprietary resources. Every attempt is made to ensure the individuals promoting our protocol meet all eligibility criteria. If we become aware that doctors who are associated with us no longer meet these requirements, appropriate action is taken to rectify the situation.
Various doctors have become the target of slanderous activity because of their association with us. Doctors like Michael Lee Gerber areoften some of the most well-respected doctors in the integrative health field. In recent months, nearly all professionals who are affiliated with us have experienced some sort of slanderous attack to varying degrees. Some high-profile affiliates have asked to sever their relationship with us. The majority have indicated it was not because they doubted the legitimacy of our company or program, but that it was simply due to the relentless attacks they’ve endured for being associated with us.

Approximately 1600 fabrications, character assassinations, harassment, and a variety of defamation and personal attacks directed toward almost anyone mentioning the BX Protocol™ in a positive light, have been distributed. We do not feel the need to innumerate the details, but it is important to mention. The attacks have been directed mostly toward integrative practitioners in about 12 of the 18 countries that Delta has affiliates in. Their attacks are based on distortion and falsehoods and have had the general effect of increasing support for those being attacked.
It is important to complete further research rather than take these attacks at face value. It is also vital to know that sources such as Quack-watch, are well-known paid disinformation services for pharmaceutical companies. It is significant to highlight that we are aware that there have been times when a medical license may be removed simply due to practicing methods that are not approved by the pharmaceutical industry. In these cases, it shows that revoking the license has very little to do with their competency and more to do with their failure to create an alliance with the pharmaceutical industry.
Response to claim that Delta Institute has a “secret scam clinic” in the United States:
Delta Institute International Health Restoration & Research Club offers two programs to their private club members. These programs include the Delta Home Program and a hybrid option which incorporates both the Delta Home Program and a stay at the Delta Member Retreat. We believe our innovative approach to health restoration is the key to establishing complete health. Each program is innovative and provides excellent combinations for a positive remedial outcome for the member. This model allows us to serve members from all over the world.
It is not a secret that we did have a research center in the United States at one time. That center was relocated in 2013 to better serve our members from all over the world. The medical director of that research center was licensed in the United States. While some would like the public to believe this research center is still being operated in the Unites States, this is simply not the case. Any staff vacancies found in the local classifieds pertain to a Human Resources service company and have no direct relationship to the medical end of Delta Institute International.Delta’s Member Retreat is now located in the Caribbean and more information is available to registered members upon request. For security reasons, we do not provide detailed information on location to the general public. However, you may view more information on Delta’s Member Retreat by watching the following video:
Response to claim that Dr. Smith has a fake doctorate originating from a degree mill:
Dr. Smith is a highly-educated individual with a passion for understanding the root cause of chronic conditions. He received his B.A. degree in science from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine. Dr. Smith received his Ph.D. from Canterbury University after completing a rigorous course requiring 92 credits and a 4-year degree.Jen from Canterbury University says of Dr. Smith, “We consider Dr. Smith among our most respected alumnus.” Canterbury University is a legitimate private school. From their website:
“Canterbury University is an internationally administered tertiary level academic institution with incorporated and unincorporated structures in multiple jurisdictions and its overall structure ensures that it is legally entitled to conduct itself as a private degree granting institution.”
Because the university lacks accreditation, they have often been labeled a “degree mill”. It is important to understand that accreditation is voluntary and does not guarantee the quality of an institution or the degree they grant. It is equally important to understand that lack of accreditation does not mean that the education provided is not sufficient. In fact, it would not be possible for Canterbury University to obtain accreditation in the United States and many other countries because it is a foreign school.
It is true that the legality of degrees received from Canterbury University were called into question by a court in the United States. The outcome was a victory for all foreign schools serving students from all over the world. It was also a victory for the students who obtained their degrees from a school that was not based in the United States. In just 27 short minutes, it was ruled that degrees from Canterbury University are legal in the United States (Buckhalter, 2009). This ruling helped highlight that it is more important to evaluate the degree program itself, not the accreditation of the University. In fact, there is evidence that Canterbury graduates possess preferred skills over traditional University Graduates. In a study comparing solutions from traditional University Graduates to Canterbury University graduates, 98% of the employers preferred the solution presented by the Canterbury University graduate (Forex News, n.d.). This shows that attending a U.S. accredited university does not necessarily mean that the student will possess the education and skills to be successful in their field of study.
Response to claim that Delta Institute is involved in money laundering:
Delta Institute is not involved in money laundering. Money laundering is the concealment of illegally obtained money, typically by means of transfers involving foreign banks or legitimate businesses. Because members make payments via wire transfer, allegations of money laundering have surfaced. Delta Institute is an international company, serving members and affiliates from all over the world. Any member or company associated with the BX Protocol™ (like those companies listed by the Leiden team on their disinformation site) have fully audited financials and are legally compliant within their respective jurisdiction.
Response to claim that Dr. Smith is a felon and that his mugshots are available on the internet:
These claims are misleading and have no merit. Dr. Smith was ticketed in 2002 for protesting a beef and poultry contamination incident. The protest was aimed at a food chain and the USDA. When refusing to leave the property, he was written a ticket and released. This type of misdemeanor required a mugshot under a plea in abeyance. Dr. Smith has NO arrest and NO conviction. While Dr. Smith respects the laws in his state and country, he offers no apologies and is proud of his actions in this instance. He will always exercise his constitutional right to protest peacefully against unjust activities that harm others.
In 2013, Dr. Smith was ticketed for target practicing on a gun range that had been the active gun range in the area for nearly 20 years. Dr. Smith was unaware that the property was under new ownership. The new owner of the property requested that police start ticketing people if they came on the land. That is the owner’s right and Dr. Smith was more than happy to pay the fine. This was a misdemeanor trespassing charge and again under a plea in abeyance, mugshots were required. Again, there was NO arrest and NO conviction.
Dr. Smith takes full accountability for his choices. The website used to locate the “mugshot” of Dr. Smith allows the person to request that their record be removed. Dr. Smith has made no effort to hide the tickets and has not requested the photo be unpublished. He has no problem offering an explanation to anyone who shows concern for his perceived criminal background. It is clear that he is not a felon, nor is he “wanted” by any governmental agency. Pictures, such asExhibit A (above), have been created to mislead those who are interested in the BX Protocol™. It is our desire to provide factual information to dispel these fabrications. Please do not be fooled by childish pictures and fictional stories.
Response to claim that cancer patients have died while on the BX Protocol™ due to choosing our program over chemotherapy:
Statements such as the one above are taken out of context and are made to cause fear and confusion. No allopathic or alternative protocol has a 100% success rate. Delta Institute does not claim that a member will be cured. The disclosures on the website and in the membership agreement, along with the affidavit show evidence of this. Prospective members must have a consultation with one of our doctors to determine eligibility. Even though a prospective member meets eligibility requirements, it does not mean we can guarantee a successful outcome. If a potential member is approved, they are encouraged to conduct independent research on their options in an attempt to determine which treatment plan is best for them. This is a very personal decision for each member and we respect whatever path they take.
It is also important to understand that chemotherapy is not a cure for cancer. Choosing chemotherapy does not guarantee survival (Harrington & Smith, 2008). Chemotherapy is not a cure for cancer and is not always the best option for an individual diagnosed with cancer. A McGill Cancer Center survey which was cited in the book “Reclaiming Our Health”, written by John Robbins (1996), calls out:
“75% of Americans diagnosed with cancer are said to receive chemotherapy treatment, which is of course suggested (and prescribed) by their oncologist. But, 75% of oncologists also said that if they had cancer, they themselves would NOT use chemotherapy treatment.”
Leading the public to believe that chemotherapy will cure cancer is a disservice. When 75% of the prescribing physicians would not partake of the same treatment they are recommending, the patient should conduct further research on their options. There are alternative medical treatments that offer similar success rates, if not better. Each individual has the right to select the treatment plan that feels right for them, even if it isn’t in agreement with the pharmaceutical companies or their physicians.
There are a handful of obituaries presented as documented cases where members passed away. Considering that 30% of Delta’s enrollments for cancer support are in hospice care, these death cases cited are extremely low. They are presented as people who chose the BX Protocol™ over chemotherapy or other treatment. The picture painted of their cases does not depict the full story. Many of these members with end-stage cancers reported that they experienced improved quality of life while on the protocol. Conventional oncology experiences a 100% failure rate given a similar population, with no quality of life improvement.Deborah Childs (2011) in her book “A Dose of Reality: Losing William to the Big Business of Cancer in America” said,
“I would eventually realize from William’s [stage 4 colon cancer patient] situation that standardized care providers who are given the power to protect the health of Americans are doing exactly what they are accusing the alternative therapists of doing – failing to save patients, while making huge profits from treatments that far too often do not work.”
The reality is, even oncologists in the conventional medical profession cannot guarantee that the treatment plan they are recommending will cure their patient. It is hypocritical to condemn an alternative medical treatment when conventional oncology also experiences loss of life regularly. We understand that there are immoral people in this world who promise a cure at a costly price and fail to deliver, but they exist in both the conventional and alternative medical fields. If ANY medical provider promises a cure, it is important to conduct independent research to evaluate the claim being made.
It is also critical to understand that much of the information presented regarding the members who passed away is incomplete or completely inaccurate. It is presented to mislead, cause confusion, and instill fear. It is important to understand the following:

Multiple individuals presented as cases to represent that a “member died from the BX Energy Catalyst™” chose to use chemotherapy in conjunction with the protocol. The claim that they chose the BX Protocol™ over chemotherapy and it killed them is completely false.
It is presented that Delta preyed on these individuals by taking their money and selling them false hope while they were suffering from end-stage cancers. Clear expectations are always set with potential members and no guarantees are given. Additionally, many of the individuals presented did not contribute their personal funds to the program. Several of the cases cited were free trials or case studies. In the unfortunate event a member pays for membership and passes away, the membership is fully transferrable.
More than one individual presented experienced improved quality of life AND extended their life. One member presented was on hospice and was told by his physician that he could die any day. When he began the program, his only expectation was to extend his life by 30 days at most. This particular member extended his life by over two years and was more than pleased with his results.

Health professionals recognize that there are significant challenges regarding health restoration in end-of-life cases. In the following end-of-life testimonial, the member documented did not recover. However, the video shows his quality of life was drastically improved during the last month of his life and his family was grateful to have extra time to spend with him. We highly recommend you watch the following video to better understand the challenges in end-of-life cases:
Response to claim that before you begin treatment, you must sign an extensive release form with multiple warnings including the phrase, “not intended for the use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease.”
Regulatory statements like these are often required in order to meet the legal requirements of specific countries. This specific statement helps us comply with various governmental regulations. The intent of the release form is to provide the member with adequate information to determine if the benefits outweigh the risks. This empowers the member to decide for themselves whether or not they would like to participate in the program. We encourage potential members to ask questions and read the agreement in its entirety. The Delta Institute understands the importance of making the right decision when it comes to your health and encourages potential members, together with their physicians, to make an informed decision.
Some may find it interesting that Delta Institute International would place any emphasis on FDA compliance as a non-U.S. international business organization with its offices, servers, doctors, and manufacturing facilities outside of the geographical boundaries of the United States of America. However, it’s critical that citizens of the United States, and other western democracies, understand that the FDA is an International Food and Drug Agency, not just a U.S. jurisdictional authority. The FDA has operational posts in many of the 22 countries associated with Delta Institute International Limited. It is, therefore, critical that members understand the complexities related to the FDA’s Global Task Force, and the necessity to synchronize Delta’s global model with the FDA’s worldwide standardization of health regulation.
The first priority for Delta is for the potential member to understand what Delta’s products and services are, and what they are not. This is a very complex issue as it pertains to definitions regarding drugs, medical advice, dietary supplements, food, medical devices, and the overall intended use of a product or technology with respect to particular jurisdictions. Each of these must be understood in order for the potential member to gain insight with respect to Delta’s efforts to maintain compliance within each particular jurisdiction.
Drug Definition
SEC. 201. [21 U.S.C. 321] (g)(1): The term “drug” means (A) articles recognized in the official United States Pharmacopoeia, official Homoeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States, or official National Formulary, or any supplement to any of them; and (B) articles intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease in man or other animals; and (C) articles (other than food) intended to affect the structure or any function of the body of man or other animals; and (D) articles intended for use as a component of any article specified in clause (A), (B), or (C). A food or dietary supplement for which a claim, subject to sections 403(r)(1)(B) and 403(r)(3) or sections 403(r)(1)(B) and 403(r)(5)(D), is made in accordance with the requirements of section 403(r) is not a drug solely because the label or the labeling contains such a claim. A food, dietary ingredient or dietary supplement for which a truthful and not misleading statement is made in accordance with section 403(r)(6) is not a drug under clause (C) solely because the label or the labeling contains such a statement.
This definition underscores the difficulty in avoiding drug regulation. The first part of the definition simplifies compliance to a large extent, which reads: “intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease”. That is easily achievable by way of the various disclaimers, affidavits, disclosures, and education that Delta Institute attempts to provide its members. However, the second statement contains some very broad language as part of the definition of a drug:
“(C) articles (other than food) intended to affect the structure or any function of the body of man or other animals;”
The FDA clearly states that the regulation of supplements, for instance, fall under a different set of regulations than those covering conventional foods. With this in mind, we are expected to define “unapproved drugs” as any supplement which is intended to affect any structure or function within the human body. Under this definition, the following dietary supplements are currently being marketed as “unapproved drugs”:
Product    Function
G® Series Pro    Marketed for Hydration and Energy Production
Schiff® Digestive Advantage    Marketed for Constipation and Immune Health
It seems ludicrous, and certainly the FDA does not have a current campaign against these products. However, the two examples above illustrate the broad powers claimed by the FDA and the need for clear and accurate disclosures to the consumer regarding the intended use of Delta Institute’s dietary supplement products.
Response to claim that Delta Institute uses cheap products made in China and then resells them at 10 times the price:
Energenetix does purchase enclosure units from China in the interest of saving money for its clients. However, all of the circuitry and research that goes into the “empty box” has originated from research conducted by seasoned engineers and researchers employed by Energenetix or related companies. The quality of these products is not compromised by using enclosure units that will reduce overall costs for clients. The technologies are only available to certified affiliates or Delta members.
The average cost of Energenetix equipment ranges between $4,000-$12,000. X-Ray radiation therapy machines average around $3 million each. These machines are far more expensive and have been shown to do more harm than good. A study conducted at the UCLA Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center (Printz, 2012) describes how radiation treatments actually promote malignancy in cancer cells instead of eradication. We encourage individuals to conduct independent research on radiation therapy to determine which treatment option is best for them. It is important for people to understand that radiation can actually lead to a treatment-induced death, whereas many alternative medical treatments do not (Sarich, 2013). Each person has the right to choose alternative treatment options even if they do not coincide with mainstream medical views. Members and certified affiliates who choose to purchase technologies produced by Energenetix can be assured that quality is not compromised by purchasing enclosure units from China.
Response to claim that technologies developed by Delta Labs emit the same Ka-band radio-frequency as a police radar speed gun:
Delta Technologies include more than Ka bands. Ka band is simply a frequency range that covers the frequencies of 26.5–40 GHz. Depending on the amplitude and the use of the pulse cycle. If you are interested in the effect of the Ka band on Bacterial Mutagenesis, we recommend conducting independent research. Research literature that explores the use of the ranges below to treat bacterial inactivation, gene transcription manipulation, etc.
Some of our research is based on the use of X, Ku, K, and Ka radio frequency bands. We have developed 8 medical technologies in total covering the following ranges:

    High Frequency (HF) 3-30 MHz
Very High Frequency (VHF) 30-300 MHz
    Ultra-High Frequency (UHF) 300-3000 MHz
    Ultra Sound: 580 kHz
    Multi-Wave Oscillation (700 hz-300 MHz)

It is recommended that independent research be conducted to explore the use of the ranges listed above to treat bacterial inactivation, gene transcription manipulation, etc. Conducting a web search with the phrase “bacterial inactivation by radio frequency”, “effect of radiofrequency electromagnetic fields on cells”, “Cellular and Molecular Responses to Radio-Frequency”, “Ka-band on Bacterial Mutagenesis”, etc. will result in a number of scientific articles to assist you in your research.
Response to claims that Delta Institute employees are not licensed physicians:
The Delta Institute provides membership to individuals from all over the world. Licensing requirements vary from country to country. It would be unreasonable to expect staff members to be licensed in all the locations they serve. When choosing a provider to help you restore your health, we highly recommend you consider their experience and level of expertise along with their credentials. All of Delta’s employees are licensed commensurate to the requirements of their respective jurisdictions.
Response to claims that our testimonials advertise that the BX Protocol™ is a cure for everything:
Members are not paid for their testimonials and they are not actors. The testimonials provided document actual member experiences. Many testimonials document the experience of users over the course of 12 months or more. They explain the challenges and successes of the health restoration process. This allows viewers to draw their own conclusion of whether or not the BX Protocol™ is effective and if they would like to explore whether or not the BX Protocol™ is an appropriate treatment option in their case. Testimonials should not be the only reason a person purchases our membership program. Because no two members are the same, we require that potential members have a consultation with one of our doctors to determine if they meet eligibility requirements. This allows us to determine if the program is a good fit for the potential member. If approved for membership, we also encourage you to conduct independent research to determine if the program is right for you or your loved one.
Response to claims that the BX Protocol™ is not valid because it is not published in a peer review journal:
There is a common misconception that if a treatment option has not had studies published in a peer review journal, then it is invalid and should not be considered an appropriate method of treatment.

While peer review journals can be useful when conducting research, they are not the only way to validate whether or not a treatment protocol is effective,
Response to claims that Delta Institute does not offer evidence or research for any of their claims:
A 90-day study at Utah State University conducted by Patti Champine, M.Sc. provides results on the effect of the BX Energy Catalyst on non-small cell carcinoma cell lines. The 150-page report is available upon request. Additional information and results can be obtained by watching the video below.
It is also important to understand that practical methods for measuring mitochondrial function have been developed. Some of these methods include open-respirometry, crentation studies, and mitochondrial function profiles. Results of clinical studies can be found on our website in Module #2 BX Research (In Vivo).
Results of an animal survival study and Respiration study results can be found on our website.
Response to claims that the BX Protocol™ treatment costs $16,995, paid up front, no refunds:
This statement is not entirely true. It is true that once a member is accepted, their membership dues are non-refundable. The private membership dues are based on member value-added benefits. We encourage potential members to read through the membership agreement in its entirety so they understand exactly what they are agreeing to. In the event it is determined that the applicant is ineligible for membership upon making payment, the entire club membership fee is returned to the applicant. It is also important to note that the membership is fully transferrable in the event a member is unable to complete the program. The member may transfer the membership to a friend or family member that meets membership criteria. If the member prefers, they may independently sell the remaining months to a third party who meets eligibility criteria. Every effort is made to ensure the member or their agent receives full benefit from their paid membership.
Response to claims that mitochondrial disease is a real affliction and may cause a wide variety of symptoms and that we cannot claim that it’s the root cause of most disease when it is unproven:
Mitochondrial disease IS a real affliction. Loss of function in the mitochondria can result in fatigue and other complex symptoms commonly reported in almost every chronic disease (Nicolson, 2013). While research in this area is ongoing, it would be irresponsible to completely dismiss these claims as ludicrous until proven otherwise. Delta Institute continues to study the root cause of disease in an effort to help members on their health restoration journey. You can learn more here:
Response to claim that Delta Institute’s treatment is an “energized nontoxic biomolecule created from pure crystalline fructose”:
Treatment does not consist of the BX Energy Catalyst™ alone. Members have the option of receiving a Home-Based Treatment Program or a Hybrid Treatment Program. In addition to the BX Energy Catalyst, home based members receive intensive and effective home-based case management support 24/7. This includes virtual tools, equipment, the ability to contact affiliates, case management, and more. The Hybrid Treatment Program provides all the benefits of the Home-Based Program plus the option of on-site treatment by a trained and certified clinical affiliate.
The BX Protocol™ is a combination of cutting-edge alternative health restoration programs and therapies. It is tailored to the individual needs of each member and designed with their health challenges in mind. Some private club members may require on-site treatment at Delta’s state-of-the-art Wellness Retreat while others achieve full results and benefits from the comfort of their home.
The Delta Institute offers programs and technologies such as the BX Energy Catalyst™, specific technologies developed at the Delta Energy Labs™, the Delta Diet, established alternative therapies to enhance health restoration and a unique web-based case management and education system.
Science Based Health Restoration Protocols
BX Energy Catalyst™ is similar to a homeopathic compound designed to take action against stealth pathogens and other causative agents of disease. It has the ability to absorb the vital energy of toxic structures in a manner that yields tremendous antimicrobial action without bio-toxicity, allowing cells to regain healthy function.
Q3 Photonic Oscillator is a technology developed by the Delta Energy Labs™ and is available exclusively at the Delta Member Retreat. It is designed to take advantage of the role of bio-photons in cellular metabolism. The Q3 stimulates photon uptake by cytochrome C, an important mitochondrial protein that plays a vital role in cellular oxidations. This increase in photon uptake results in increased energy production within the cell which aids in your health restoration journey.
Tesla Radio-Cellular Oscillator is technology based on the principle work of Nikola Tesla and Georges Lakhovsky. It is available exclusively at the Delta Member Retreat. This technology is designed to increase the amplitude of oscillations originating from the genetic material of the cell. The amplified oscillations, generating a broad range of radio waves from extremely low frequency (ELF) through gigahertz ranges, produce an increased voltage potential that empowers the cell to repulse the competing oscillations of microorganisms and toxins. This unique technology is designed to increase the effectiveness of the BX Energy Catalyst™.
The Delta Diet was researched and designed to aid in the effectiveness of the BX Energy Catalyst™. Each food included lends to the overall nutrition of the member during the program and is adjusted according to individual’s needs. WE do not advocate the use of one specific diet, nor is the diet specifically related to cancer. Because we tailor diets to the member’s needs, they could include diets such as the ketogenic, macrobiotic, paleo, Gerson, and many more. Nutrition is an important part of your healing process. Additionally, the BX Energy Catalyst™ is a highly unstable energy compound which has the potential to be disrupted by a non-conforming diet. Certain foods reduce the overall effectiveness of the energy catalyst. Delta Institute strongly urges members to adhere to the diet for optimal outcome.
Established Alternative Therapies are sometimes used in order to optimize or support the primary therapies used in the BX Protocol™. Alone, they do not have the potential to achieve health restoration but serve to complement and assist in your journey toward health restoration. These include:

    Photo Dynamic Therapy
    Ultrasound Therapy
    Hyperthermia (Local and Whole Body)
    Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy
    Full Spectrum Diet and Nutrition
    Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
    Ozone Therapy
    Oxygen Therapies
    Ultra-High Frequency Application
    Immunotherapy
    Homeopathy
    Gerson Therapy

Additional Therapies may also provide support to the main BX Protocol™. Some of those include Zero Point Vacuum Generators, Radio Frequency Oscillators and Super Radiance Stimulators. Each member is carefully observed and recommendation for additional therapies are given based on individual needs.
Web-Based Case Management and Education allows members access to Delta’s clinical and administrative staff, ongoing education and more. Their personalized back office gives members the ability to communicate with case management staff seven days a week. They will also have access to custom reporting tools to help track comprehensive blood work and vital signs and symptoms. Delta’s extensive reporting tools are unique and allow for better analysis of your health restoration process. This extensive web-based case management system is at the core of Delta’s success.
On-Site Treatment and Diagnostics
The Delta Member Retreat is a lush, 110-acre paradise extending from the mountains to the Caribbean Sea. It is the precursor to the Delta Health Restoration Resort and affords members a healing environment second-to-none. The retreat is a unique blend of high-tech healing and paradise wellness. One of the many member benefits of the Retreat is several on-site diagnostics. This includes:

    Hydroperoxide Analysis
    Microscopy Analysis
    Open Respirometry
    Photon Emissions Analysis

Home Based Program
The Delta home-based health restoration program is designed to provide intensive and effective home-based case management support for those requiring long-term health restoration. It provides intensive and effective treatment for those suffering from a chronic and degenerative disease. The Delta Institute’s innovative, virtual, home-based program provides members with an out of the box healing experience allowing for full health restoration.
Comprehending how the BX Energy Catalyst™ functions is a complex process that is not yet entirely understood. Studies on the BX Energy Catalyst™ are attempting to understand how the frequency chamber alters the electrostatic energy between the atoms nucleus and the surrounding electronic charge density.
Response to claim that the BX Energy Catalyst is homeopathic or related to ozone therapy, neither which has any relation to the explanation regarding the energized nontoxic biomolecule:
The product does not claim to be a conventional homeopathic, but draws a comparison. The video below explains that the preparations could be viewed as homeopathic because of dilution factors, but clarifies it is not. The video goes on to say, “Some people may mistakenly think that this is a homeopathic reaction because the preparation is dilute.” There are many similarities to homeopathic preparations but the BX Energy Catalyst. The video below(on page 27) identifies other oxidative therapies that employ the use of singlet oxygen such as peroxide and ozone therapies but explains how the BX protocol™ is different from these therapies. We highly encourage anyone who is interested in the BX Energy Catalyst and how it works to speak with one of our doctors to better understand what it is and how it works.
Response to claim that Royal Rife was a discredited scientist who coined the term Bacillus-X and that he was nothing more than a conspiracy theorist:
Little evidence exists that proves Royal Rife was actually discredited. Dr. Rife had numerous scientists and doctors corroborate his results (Hess,1996).Fishbein would be interested in Royal Rife’s work if he had been discredited. While it is possible the lab housing Royal Rife’s work burning to the ground is coincidental, it is equally possible the fire was intentionally set by those who wanted to suppress Royal Rife’s work when he refused to hand it over to the American Medical Association.
Suppression of successful treatment methods has existed for many years. Royal Rife is a good example of a medical professional who had his life’s work destroyed in an effort to discredit him. While his research is controversial, there are reports that suggest Dr. Rife’s work was suppressed by the American Medical Association (Hess, 1996). It is important to remember that just because work is controversial, it does not mean it is completely invalid. Dr. Smith has devoted much of his life to validating the cause and cure of several diseases, including cancer, through the use of radio frequency, magnetic fields, and catalytic nanotechnology.
Royal Rife created the most powerful microscope ever constructed. This invention allowed him to discover that cancerous cells have pleomorphic properties (Whitney, 2014). His discoveries made it possible to have successful outcomes in treating various bacterial and viral conditions. In 1934, he worked with a prestigious group of nationally famous doctors to complete a study with patients afflicted with cancer. 16 terminally ill patients participated and 14 of them experienced remission in three months, with the remaining two in six months (Whitney, 2014). Sadly, more cancer patients were not able to benefit from his works.
By 1938, the lab supporting his research was burned to the ground. He was brought to trial by the American Medical Association, and doctors who continued to use his frequency instruments lost their license to continue (Whitney, 2014). While some say that he was brought to trial for legitimate malpractice reasons, there is evidence that shows otherwise.Dr. Rife refused to sell his company to Morris Fishbein, editor of the Journal of the American Medical Association (Hess, 1996). Some say this proves nothing and that Rife is nothing more than a conspiracy-theorist. That said, it is illogical to believe that Morris
It is also vital to know that Delta Institute identifies the work of multiple credible pioneers in the creation of the BX Protocol™. This includes Nobel Prize winner Otto Heinrich Warburg, Dr. William Frederick Koch, scientist Georges Lakhovsky, Dr. Virginia Livingston-Wheeler, and of course Dr. Royal Raymond Rife. We encourage you to conduct independent research about the contributions they each made to the field of cancer research.
You can find out more about their work by watching the video below:
Exhibit D is a picture of Dr. Smith that has been circulated on various sites stating that he is a failed book salesman. This claim is false. Dr. Smith purchased these books as gifts. This book is one of Dr. Smith’s favorite books and he highly recommends it to. After purchasing these books, Dr. Smith gave them out to personal friends. This particular claim almost falls into the category of claims that are not worthy of addressing. However, because this stolen picture of Dr. Smith giving a gift to friends has been tainted we elected to include it in this report. Adding the mugshot and implying that he is a conman who has had multiple failed careers had to be addressed. When individuals make a generous act into something devious, one must wonder why they are going to so much trouble to discredit the person.
Response to claims that Dr. Smith became a scientist after his singing career failed:
Claims have been made that Dr. Smith is also a professional singer in addition to a book salesman promoting an elaborate internet scam. Dr. Smith does not hide the fact that he loves music. In his early twenties, he pursued music for enjoyment but never thought of it as a career. The picture of Dr. Smith singing a couple of years ago, (Exhibit E) was from a community talent show produced by his wife. You may visit the website http://www.doorstepentertainment.com/ to read more about the music Dr. Smith wrote and performed. His music benefited charities such as missing children organizations. He also performed 9/11 tributes. Most importantly, Dr. Smith dedicated and wrote music to his young daughter who was killed in a car accident. Dr. Smith has not made any money singing. It was never his intention or desire to do so.

HAW, HAW, HAW! "Some high-profile affiliates"? Who? Why doesn't Dewayne Smith say in simple words WHO stopped the collaboration with him? It isn't so complicated to state the names, isn't it?

So, some of the super-assholes selling the BX-PROTOCOL shit to their patients, became afraid of the backfire by the public... Good news. Really good news.

The dead we cannot ask.  But how about the "journalist" Judy Putnam? She refused to retract her shitty "article". And how about her bosses? They are informed about Judy Putnam's mess.

The newspapers lose readers so damned fast. Readers will not be happy with lying editors like Judy Putnam, who refuse to retract willfully messed-up articles...

Who of them quit? Who is afraid of getting burnt by the public fire? I mean, none of them is very timid. Especially Tenpenny is an unscrupulous parasite, ripping off the dying, saying that she does nothing for free. In one of the early interviews with her she admits that she is in for big profits.

Jeffrey Martin might be the only one who might still have some minor piece of conscience. His wife died. So he somehow is personally involved in a case of death near to him. The others? Cold-blooded murderers...

Now, who of them quit...???

Oh, wait. Could it be that they quit because of the incoming cash shrank to zero, after the plot was made public? There is no use to take part in a crime, when this crime does not pay, isn't it?

So, whose victims got out?

A murderer talks about cyber terrorist strategies? He should talk about what HE did and does. Would make much more sense, really.

Understanding Cyber Terrorist Strategies

By expressing interest in Delta Institute and the BX Protocol™, you could receive contact from individuals looking to instill fear or create doubt to discredit our organization. It is important for you to understand some of the methods that have been used to deter potential members from our program. Ultimately, we want you to do your research and feel good about purchasing membership with us. It is important for you to understand the strategies that may be used to create fear and doubt.

In 2016, some of our email systems were hijacked. The group responsible is a highly sophisticated cyber-criminal organization with significant cyber-attack capabilities. Members, affiliates, and associates should be apprised of a strategy to generate protective orders against Delta Institute and the BX Protocol™ by manipulating communications. Here is how the strategy works:

Delta Institute’s email system was hijacked to obtain email contacts from current members.
The hackers send the member emails. In this case, the emails appeared that Delta Institute was communicating with the person, when in fact, we were not.
Many of the emails sent were threatening, demeaning, or violent in nature. The contact would start by slowly engaging with the member, and then built up to a level of threats, bodily harm, etc.
After making it appear that Delta Institute was threatening a member, the attackers (or cyber terrorists) establish contact with the person and attempt to assist them in filing a legal action or protective order against our organization or against key personnel within our organization.

There is no evidence that this type of contact has continued since we have increased our security. However, there are also no guarantees that these individuals will not attempt to impersonate Delta Institute employees in the future. We ask that you remain alert and notify us of any suspicious activity or contact from Delta Institute that seems unusual. Early detection allows us to stop cyber criminals in their tracks.
We now also have proof that members of this cyber terrorist group established a variety of email accounts for the purpose of blog and forum communications. With the use of VPN networks, they are able to avoid detection. However, in recent attacks they have made serious errors, which has enabled us to identify at least one member of their USA network. This information is being added to our file with the FBI in the United States.

When expressing interest in the BX Protocol™ it is possible you may receive an email from “John Q. Public”.

The emails come from a fake email address using this fake name. We highly recommend that you do not open these emails. If you choose to, it is imperative that you do not click on any of the embedded links. We have reason to believe that these links may include malware, viruses, or other items that may infect your computer system.
The example below is content from an actual email sent to one of our members from a testimonial video. Similar emails have been sent to members, their friends, family, and others on their email contact list.

https://archive.is/LPkcR/773d225aac50e26fd2dacdf538499626833f1523.png

Contact information for members, affiliates, and prospective members was illegally obtained when an online system was unlawfully hacked. In recent months, activity from “John Q. Public” seems to have stopped. Members, new members, and interested parties have not reported continued communication. This is likely due to the fact that Delta Institute has increased security measures, but we want you to be aware that this does not guarantee you will not be contacted. More information and examples of strategies and methods used can be found online on our forum. For more information about the BX Protocol Forum can be found in this report on page 7. "When expressing interest in the BX Protocol™ it is possible you may receive an email from “John Q. Public”."

“John Q. Public” is quite active. Yes. Really very active. Nasty fellow, that “John Q. Public”, telling the truth about the lethal fraud by Dewayne Smith.

So, when a potential victim of Dewayne Smith might receive a warning from “John Q. Public”, the potential victim must be hindered from reading the truth! How? By telling lies about viruses and other crap.

"We highly recommend that you do not open these emails. If you choose to, it is imperative that you do not click on any of the embedded links. We have reason to believe that these links may include malware, viruses, or other items that may infect your computer system."

Okay, let me tell you something. You have cancer. You are in a hell of a state. The doctors give you only little time. WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU AFRAID OF A HACKER, THEN!?

You are fighting for your life! So, what could a buggy little hacker do? Oh, well, he really could do something: He could tell you the truth about murderers like Jimenez, Donaldson, Tenpenny and Dewayne Smith, and about the other gang members.

“John Q. Public” is no hacker. He is only a messenger. And

The message is: If you believe  Jimenez, Donaldson, Tenpenny and Dewayne Smith, and the other gang members, you will die for sure, damned fast, and damned miserable.

PS: Do note how small the screenshot of the email is: too small to be read. Dewayne Smith is afraid the truth.

And he is afraid of people knocking on his door... You don't believe me? Go ahead and try it: Knock on his door...

The gangsters talk about defense. Yes. Makes sense. Defend their "company". Read the text by Dewayne Smith and ask just one question: WHAT THE HELL DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH MY CANCER!?

Nothing. The answer is: "NOTHING!"

Dewayne Smith's fraud gang was attacked by people who try to stop those murderers. The criminals were attacked. NO-ONE ATTACKED THE CANCER PATIENTS! Well, no -one, except Dewayne Smith and Jimenez, Donaldson, Tenpenny, and the other gang members.

So, why does Dewayne Smith whine about the attacks? Because the pile of cash he stole from his victims diminishes. That's why.

Read between the lines.

Protecting Yourself

Whether you operate a Fortune 500 company or a small organization, if you do business online, you are at risk of having your systems targeted by hackers. It is not uncommon to hear about hackers stealing username and password combinations or hacking the proprietary systems of well-known companies. These companies often invest large amounts of money in their security systems each year. Despite their best efforts, hackers are often one step ahead of companies you trust your personal information with (Amadou, 2014). This does not mean that you must abandon all online activities. Taking a proactive approach to your online security can reduce your risk of data theft. The precautions listed in this report are important for all internet users, not just BX Protocol™ members and affiliates.
Precautions you can take include to reduce your risk of data theft include:

Protect your network! Turn on the encryption in your wireless router. Encryption scrambles the data being transmitted so only the intended user can read it. Change the network default name and password. The longer the password with a variety of characters and numbers, the better. Turn off your wireless router when it will not be in use for an extended period of time.
Use anti-virus and anti-spyware software on your computer. Anti-spyware programs often include anti-keylogging, keystroke encryption, webcam, and sound protection, and much more. Anti-virus programs are often not enough to secure your system.
Avoid using public Wi-Fi networks unless you use a virtual private network (VPN). While our website is encrypted, hackers can easily access your connection in a matter of seconds when connected to an unprotected, public network. VPN’s will encrypt all transmissions between your device and the internet.
Turn Bluetooth off when not in use. Hackers can discover other devices you regularly connect to. They can easily spoof the device to gain access. It is also recommended you use Bluetooth in “hidden” mode instead of “discoverable” mode to make it more difficult for hackers to find your Bluetooth connection.
Protect your password. Do not use the same password for multiple accounts. Avoid having your browser save passwords for you, and don’t use passwords that can easily be guessed.
Do not download unknown applications or click on links from individuals you do not know.
If you become a member, follow the security recommendations given to you to protect your Back Office account (activate 2-step verification, utilize security keys, use encrypted keyboards, etc.).
Do not give out your password to the Back Office. If you receive a call from someone stating they are a Delta Institute representative, please be aware that we will NEVER ask you for your password. Notify us immediately if you are asked for this information.

Trust your instincts. If something feels off, ask for clarification. Keep in mind, we are constantly making improvements to our system. We are monitoring Back Office activity to prevent future security breaches. We have seen much of these activities reduced or stopped entirely in recent months since security has been increased. While we do not anticipate you will experience these issues, we want you to stay alert and report suspicious activities.

Smith calls it "conclusion". But actually it contains some grains of his fear. Let's look at the details. Smith makes several confessions...

Conclusion

As mentioned throughout this report, many of the claims are not worth listing due to their nature. The following would be considered “volume flushing”. They are meant to create a perceived effect that carries a derogatory impact on the BX Protocol™ through high volume disinformation tactics. Examples would include:

Dr. Smith needing to go on a diet.
The BX Protocol™ website having spelling errors or edit changes.
Listing personal information (home addresses of Delta Institute employees, information on spouses and children, etc.).
Website traffic registration logs, traffic tickets, company registration logs, logo design, employment ads, etc.

The general effect of these attacks has had a positive outcome for our organization. Most people who enroll in our program make informed decisions based on facts, not biased opinions from a specified group spamming various outlets. In fact, we have seen an increase in enrollments as a direct result of their claims. Many conclude that if Leiden is suppressing at this level, then the BX Protocol™ must be effective. If our protocol did not work, it would not be a threat.
Our goal is not to convince people that our protocol is the best treatment plan for them. We recognize that our program is not a good fit for all people. This is why we have membership enrollment criteria that must be met in order for an individual to qualify for our program. Our goal is to educate people on the root cause of disease while providing them options to restore their health. Ultimately, we respect each individual’s right to choose the treatment plan that they feel is best for them. We recommend they research their options using unbiased sources to help them draw their own conclusions. We encourage interested parties to engage in open discussions with us when they have questions or concerns. When a member chooses to incorporate our protocol as part of their treatment plan, we are genuinely honored to be a part of their health restoration team.

Dewayne Smith talks about “volume flushing”. That is funny because it is he himself, who over the years ALL TIME LONG did nothing else but babble, babble, babble, and babble. He piles up huge texts, babbling, babbling, babbling. Look at his pseudo-scientific jargon. Written only to impress people. To make them think he is a scientist. But he is none. He is an unscrupulous piece of shit, responsible for the death of several people. These cancer patients still could be alive if they had got REAL treatment, and had not fallen for the fraud by Smith.

Now to some details.

"Listing personal information (home addresses of Delta Institute employees, information on spouses and children, etc.)."

Ho-hum!!! Looks like people knocked on Dewayne Smith's door after being told where he really lives. Of course Smith does not want people to know where he lives. Of course he does not want his neighbors to know that he is a murderer, a thief, a filthy criminal of the worst kind. Of course he not does he want people to know his luxurious house is paid with the blood of dying patients:

The TG-1 uncovered that in January 2016. You ask why he does not like us? Because the folks at the TG-1 are damned good at investigating. Because the TG-1 shares all its information with the attorneys of state. Yes, the TG-1 does. It did that from the very beginning, back in 2005! And the TG-1 publishes its findings. That is what it is famous for.

Now to some more details: "company registration logs, logo design, employment ads". Those registrations contain important information about the location and the persons involved. For a company that claims to be in Hong-Kong or in Panama, but actually resides in Utah, it is too bad that their victims can drive up to their front porch and make some real personal interviews...

Criminals don't like to be shown in public. Facts about the stolen or fabricated "logo design", too bad if that gets known...

And the "employment ads", what did they show? The real location of the company. Not Panama. Not Hong-Kong. But in Utah! Herriman in Utah. You ask who uncovered that? Some investigators did. They shared their knowledge with some members of the TG-1, with attorneys of state, with families of victims, and with journalists. Paul van Osdol is one of them, I am told. (It is not the Netherlands connection, it is the Australian connection, by the way...)

Because that INFORMATION, WHICH WAS AVAILABLE ONLINE FOR EVERYONE, was collected and put in contrast to Smith's lies. The information proved again and again that Dewayne Smith is a notorious liar. That he defrauds vulnerable persons. That he rips off dying patients, just to splurge in luxury.

Dewayne Smith can not hide. And people will knock on his door...

All that stuff mentioned there has nothing to do at all with the BX-Protocol fraud. Smith only pretends to be "scientific", giving some "references".

Dewayne Smith copies the style of scientific papers. He is an impostor. Like with his "scientific" explanations Smith does nothing but babble bullshit. People are unable to understand him because there is nothing to follow. All he says and writes is incoherent bullshit. But people do not know that, and think that he knows more than they do. That he is a real scientist, and they, little citizens with limited knowledge, just don't know enough to understand him. This is how his fraud works.

Dewayne Smith is a criminal. All his new writings is nothing but tries to cover up. All he writes proves - again and again - exactly what the TG-1 published about him, piece for piece, detail for detail.

Thank you for your confessions, Dewayne Smith

With great pleasure I add this picture, showing the FDA activities putting an end to the murdering gang of Dewayne Lee Smith, his wife Linda Pendleton Smith, Todd David Mauer, and a large number of accomplices, like Donaldson, Kehr, and Klinghardt. The role of Christian Oesch is under investigation.
