Man who told patients he could cure cancer charged
Thursday, April 9, 2009
(04-09) 20:06 PDT San Diego, CA (AP) --
A man who called himself a naturopathic doctor and told patients his supplements could cure cancer was charged Thursday with practicing medicine without a license and giving patients unapproved drugs, prosecutors said.

Kurt Donsbach, 73, who treated Coretta Scott King before she died of ovarian cancer in 2006, was charged with 11 felony counts. He was arrested during his weekly Internet radio broadcast and was held on $1.5 million bail.
"The defendant preyed on vulnerable patients who were looking for medical help," District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis said in a statement. "Under the guise of providing natural and safe supplements, he sold victims potentially dangerous drugs."
Donsbach claimed to be a chiropractor and naturopathic doctor on his Web site, LetsTalkHealth.com, where he sells alternative remedies for many conditions, from cancer and autoimmune disorders to joint pain and stress.
A message left at the number listed on the Web site was not returned Thursday evening.
Prosecutors said Donsbach is not licensed as a physician, chiropractor or naturopathic doctor in California.
His clinic in Rosarito, Mexico, the Santa Monica Health Institute where King was treated, was shut down by the government after her death because it was providing unproven treatments and unauthorized surgeries, according to state officials. An inspection of the clinic found untrained employees not following procedures for treating terminally ill patients and unsanitary conditions.
The FBI led the investigation that led to his arrest Thursday. He faces up to six years in state prison if convicted of charges of treating patients without a license, grand theft and supplying patients with drugs that are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration.
Prosecutors said the clinic told an arthritis patient to inject herself with "neuropeptides" to "re-program" her body's T-cells. But tests by the FDA found the drug contained a steroid that was not listed on the packaging or labels. The woman paid thousands of dollars for the drugs that she injected for six years, leading to severe bone density loss, prosecutors said.
Tests of another supplement that was supposed to cure pancreatic cancer 60 percent of the time found nimesulide, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory not approved by the FDA, prosecutors said. Marketing the drug is banned in the European Union because of high rates of liver failure.
In 1997, Donsbach was sentenced in San Diego federal court to a year in prison for smuggling more than $250,000 worth of unapproved drugs into the United States from Mexico.
Donsbach was sentenced on three felony counts, including introducing unapproved drugs into interstate commerce, smuggling merchandise contrary to law and income tax evasion.
In 1988, the U.S. Postal Service ordered Donsbach and his nephew to stop claiming that a solution of hydrogen peroxide that they sell could prevent cancer and ease arthritis pain.
Donsbach is scheduled to be arraigned April 10.

Phony doctor accused of preying on vulnerable patients
By Angelica Martinez (Contact) Union-Tribune Staff Writer
2:00 a.m. April 10, 2009
SOUTH COUNTY — A Bonita man who practiced medicine without a license was arrested during his Internet radio health show yesterday and faces 11 felony charges including dispensing unapproved drugs, the District Attorney's Office said.
Authorities said Kurt Walter Donsbach, 73, identified himself as a chiropractor and a naturopathic doctor in literature and online.
Donsbach claimed to offer alternative, natural and nutritional remedies for many conditions, including cancer and arthritis, via a weekly online radio broadcast from Chula Vista, the San Diego County District Attorney's Office said.
District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis said Donsbach “preyed on vulnerable patients who were looking for medical help.”
An investigation by the FBI, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and the District Attorney's Office led to his arrest.
Donsbach was booked into jail in lieu of $1.5 million bail and was scheduled to be arraigned today.
Dumanis said Donsbach is not licensed as a physician, chiropractor or naturopathic doctor.
He advised one patient to inject herself with “neuropeptides” to treat arthritis, officials said. The woman, who is not from San Diego County, was told the injections would “reprogram” her body's T-cells. FDA tests revealed that the drug contains a steroid that was not disclosed on the packaging, officials said.
The patient spent thousands of dollars for the drugs and injected herself for six years, which led to severe bone-density loss, officials said.
Donsbach also claimed to have treated pancreatic cancer successfully about 60 percent of the time with a supplement he gave to a patient who also lives outside the county.
That supplement contained a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that has not been approved by the FDA, officials said.
In Europe, marketing of the anti-inflammatory has been suspended because of high rates of liver failure that have led to liver transplants and deaths, officials said.
Donsbach founded a clinic in Rosarito Beach where Coretta Scott King, the wife of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., died of cancer in January 2006. The clinic used unorthodox treatments that included treating cancer with insulin and experimental vaccines.
Mexican authorities closed the clinic a month later, and closed it again in September 2007 after it had reopened.
Donsbach was convicted in 1996 for tax evasion and smuggling illegal medicines across the border.

A South Bay man faces 11 felony charges including allegations he practiced medicine without a license.
73-year-old Kurt Donsbach is also accused of supplying patients with unapproved drugs.
Thursday investigators were seen removing boxes from his home in Bonita.
Online at www.letstalkhealth.com, Donsbach refers to himself a physician.
Donsbach in his Santa Monica office.
He also claims to be a chiropractor and a naturopathic doctor but the District Attorney disagrees. Two of his patients claim Donsbach harmed their health.
His clinic allegedly advised one woman to inject herself with a substance to treat arthritis.
The FDA tested that substance and claims it contained a steroid not disclosed on the label.
"That can really affect your bone density," said Dumanis.
Another patient suffered from pancreatic cancer.

Donsbach claims he has a 60% success rate in treating this type of cancer, but the supplement he allegedly gave this patient contained a drug not approved by the FDA.
"One of these supplements was actually taken off the market in Europe because it was physically harmful," said Dumanis.
The FDA, FBI and the District Attorney have this advice for anyone who ordered supplements from Donsbach.
"We need to know about it and you need to stop taking it and go to a doctor," said Dumanis.

Bonita man accused of dispensing unapproved drugs

SAN DIEGO — A Bonita man who practiced medicine without a license and was known for founding a Baja California clinic where Coretta Scott King died was arrested Thursday during his Internet radio show, the District Attorney's Office said.
District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis said that Kurt Walter Donsbach, 73, “preyed on vulnerable patients who were looking for medical help.”
In a statement, Dumanis said Donsbach falsely identified himself as a chiropractor and a naturopathic doctor in literature and on his Web site, letstalkhealth.com, where he sold what were described as nutritional supplements.
An investigation by the FBI, U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the District Attorney's Office led to Donsbach's arrest Thursday morning in Chula Vista.
The arrest was not related to the alternative health clinic in Rosarito where King, widow of civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., died in January 2006. The clinic, which was closed twice by Mexican authorities, said at the time that King's treatment there had not begun.
Dumanis said Donsbach was charged with 11 felonies, including treating patients without a license, misbranding drugs for sale, grand theft, unlawfully dispensing drugs as a cure for cancer and falsely representing a cure for cancer.
He was booked into county jail in lieu of $1.5 million bail and was scheduled to be arraigned Friday afternoon.
If convicted, he could be sentenced to up to six years in state prison.
Dumanis said that Donsbach claimed to offer “alternative,” “natural” and “nutritional” remedies for many conditions, including cancer and arthritis.
She said that Donsbach is not licensed as a physician, chiropractor or naturopathic doctor.
In one case cited by the District Attorney's Office, Donsbach advised a patient to inject herself with “neuropeptides” to treat arthritis. FDA tests revealed that the neuropeptides contained a steroid that was not disclosed.
The patient spent thousands of dollars to inject herself for six years, leading to severe bone-density loss, Dumanis said.
In another case, Donsbach claimed to have treated pancreatic cancer successfully about 60 percent of the time and provided a patient with a supplement that contained a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug not approved by the FDA.
In Europe, marketing of the drug has been suspended because of high rates of liver failure that have led to liver transplants and deaths, Dumanis said.

Coretta Scott King, widow of former civil rights leader Martin Luther

a shady clinic run by Kurt Donsbach. The facility's Web site falsely
claims that "with very few exceptions, traditional allopathic treatment
of cancer today results in no more benefit than in 1950 when records of
cancer successes were first kept." The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
reported that Mrs. King had checked into the facility under an assumed
name and died in her sleep a few days afterward. [Judd B and others.

Many people wonder why the Mexican government permits shady clinics to
operate. Most observers believe that it welcomes the "tourist" dollars
and that bribery may also be a factor. The National Council Against
health Fraud would like the American government to ask the Mexican
government to stop the exploiting of desperate Americans.

David W. Rowland
Educational Advisor
Edison Institute of Nutrition
In 1975, a major health crisis encouraged me to look in a new direction. My fourth bout of pneumonia was nearly fatal. Medical advice did little to help me through a prolonged recovery. During my long days of bed rest, I read everything on the subject of natural healing that I could get my hands on. To my delight, I discovered that my lifelong pattern of respiratory infections was related to an underlying, undiagnosed celiac condition. Dietary modification and nutritional supplements did what no drugs could do. They restored my health completely.
Over the next several years, studying and applying the principles of holistic nutrition became my passion. Since this knowledge is not taught in the standard educational system, I had to study through alternative schools – which also enable one to learn off-campus, at one’s own pace, while still gainfully employed. By 1980, through an intensive program of study offered by Donsbach University School of Nutrition, I eventually earned a PhD degree. Although Dr. Donsbach later became a controversial figure, his school provided the most thorough training in holistic nutrition available at the time; and it was legally authorized by the State of California to grant degrees.
In 1983, my passion became my new career. I left my management job in the business world to do nutritional consulting and nutrition education on a full time basis. Later that year, I was elected President of the Nutritional Consultants Organization of Canada (NCOC) by its founding directors – a position to which I was also re-elected for the next four years. NCOC is an independent, voluntary, non-profit association that registers its professional members, sets standards of practice, provides malpractice insurance, and makes possible fee coverage through private health insurance plans.
Holistic nutrition has transformed my health and my life. The Edison Institute of Nutrition (EIN) is my way of sharing with others the same kind of opportunities that have brought me so much happiness and fulfillment. Its programs provide a range and depth of training not available elsewhere. Whether you seek nutritional knowledge for its own sake, to help family and friends, or to train for a new career, EIN can put those goals within easy reach.
Yours sincerely,
David W. Rowland

Devra Z. Hill exemplifies the spreading belief that today's patient is tomorrow's physician.
In failing health herself several years ago, she sought help from medical doctors, but none were able to help her. She decided to take matters into her own hands, learning all she could about health and nutrition in order to regain and sustain optimum health.
She earned a Master of Science degree in nutrition from Donsbach University School of Nutrition and a Ph.D in communications from Golden State University.
With knowledge and a daily regime of nutrition and physical exercise plus her inherently cock-eyed optimist attitude she personally restored herself to good health.
Currently, Devra does radio shows around the country talking about Hollywood and health. She does weekly and monthly movie reviews and entertainment news for radio stations across America and can be heard on World-Wide Internet radio from her website: www.devrazhill.com; radio station KHAI with Mary Jane Popp-Off, Sacramento, Calif.
Devra authored the books; "Rejuvenate" "Chopped Liver for the American Spirit" and "The Best of Your Life for the Rest of Your Life." and her latest book What Almost Happened to Hedy Lamarr
Devra is listed in the who's who of American Women, Distinguished Authors in America and Great Britain and in Foremost Women in Communications.
A native of San Francisco she now resides in Beverly Hills, California with husband Irwin Zucker. They have three grown daughters and five grandchildren. For relaxation she likes to walk, golf, bicycle, swim and work in her garden.

Here is Dr Ralph Carson Mona Vie Con Man !! Past history Fake doctor !!
History of Donsbach University
During the mid-1970s, Donsbach affiliated with Union University, a nonaccredited school in Los Angeles. During 1977, Union formed a nutrition department with Donsbach as its "dean" and he allegedly acquired MS and PhD "degrees" in nutrition from the school. Donsbach subsequently launched and became president of his own school, Donsbach University, which in 1979 became "authorized" by California to grant degrees. This status had nothing to do with accreditation or other academic recognition, but merely required the filing of an affidavit which described the school's program and asserted that it had at least $50, 000 in assets.
Donsbach University, which operated mainly by mail, initially offered courses leading to B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. "degrees" in nutrition. Its original "catalog" was a 4-page flyer. The original "faculty" had seven members, including Donsbach, Alan H. Nittler, M.D., and Ray Yancy, an unlicensed practitioner of iridology. Its 16-person advisory advisory board included Nittler, Richard Passwater, "Ph.D., " Betty Morales, Benjamin Colimore, "Ph.D, " and Bruce Halstead, M.D.
* Nittler's California medical license had been revoked in 1975 because he practiced unscientific "nutritional therapies."
* Passwater's "degree" was issued by Bernadean University, a nonaccredited correspondence school that was located in Nevada but was not authorized to operate within the state or to grant degrees.
* Morales marketed dietary supplements and performed "nutritional consultation" by mail. Some of her products were marketed with illegal therapeutic claims. In 1976, she recommended a long list of useless products in response to an inquiry from me that described the symptoms of blurred vision characteristic of glaucoma.
* Colimore's "Ph.D." was issued by Donsbach University. In 1980, he and his wife were prosecuted by the Los Angeles City Attorney for conduct during the operation of their health food store. Prosecution was initiated after a customer complained that the Colimores had diagnosed a bad heart valve, pancreatic abscesses and benign growths of her liver, intestine and stomach -- all based on an analysis of her hair -- and prescribed two products from the store. After pleading "no contest" to one count of practicing medicine without a license, the Colimores were fined $2, 000, given a 60-day suspended jail sentence, and placed on probation for two years.
* Halstead was convicted in 1987 in the State of California of 24 counts of fraud for prescribing an "herbal tea" to cancer patients.
The original catalog listed 14 "textbooks" required for the "core curriculum." Four of these were actual textbooks, but the rest were books written for the general public by promoters of questionable nutrition practices who recommend dietary supplements for the prevention and/or treatment of a wide range of diseases. In addition to Donsbach, these included Carlton Fredericks and Lendon Smith. Fredericks, who had no formal nutrition training, was convicted of practicing medicine without a license in New York in 1945. Smith, a pediatrician, was placed on probation by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners from 1971 through 1979 for "inappropriate prescribing of drugs" to adult heroin addicts. In 1988, he permanently surrendered his license to settle charges of insurance fraud filed by the Oregon Board.
The catalog also listed 18 textbooks under the "Advanced Graduate Study" program. Of these, 15 were not recognized textbooks but were written by promoters of questionable nutrition practices who recommend dietary supplements for the prevention and/or treatment of a wide range of diseases. The authors included Donsbach, Smith, the Colimores, Passwater (2), and Emory Thurston, Ph.D., who in 1973 was convicted, fined and placed on two years' probation in the State of California after selling laetrile to a woman who told him she had cancer.
The 1981 Donsbach University tuition schedule listed a registration fee of $100 and a tuition fee of $3, 045, with a 20% discount for prepayment. In 1985, the MS/Ph.D. tuition was $4, 495 with a 20% discount for prepayment. Donsbach claims that the school served over 4, 000 students. The significance of this number is unclear.
Phony Accreditation
In catalogs and advertisements during the early 1980s, Donsbach University maintained that it was accredited by the National Accreditation Association (NAA). This "agency" was bogus. It was created in 1980 by a California chiropractor and two members of his family. A few months later, Donsbach University announced that it had become accredited. In 1981, Dr. William Jarvis, President of the National Council Against Health Fraud, visited NAA in Maryland and found that its "office" was a telephone in the living room of its executive director, who said he received $100-a-month salary. Although NAA correspondence had designated the man as holding a "Ph.D." from the Sussex College of Technology in England, the British Embassy informed Jarvis that it did not consider the "school" or its diplomas valid. NAA was never recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education or the Council on Postsecondary Accreditation. In 1981, California authorities ordered Donsbach to stop representing that his school was accredited without mentioning that the agency was not recognized.
In 1984, Donsbach University announced that it had been recognized as a candidate for accreditation by the National Association of Private, Nontraditional Schools and Colleges (NAPNSC) as of March 3, 1984. Documents in my possession indicate that NAPNSC began trying to gain recognition from the U.S. Secretary of Education in 1976 and from the Council on Postsecondary Accreditation in 1977 but was not successful. An NAPNSC position paper dated March 20, 1984, stated that neither agency had any intention of permitting NAPNSC to become recognized.
The New York State Injunction
Donsbach also operated the International Institute of Natural Health Sciences, a company through which he marketed numerous misleading publications and a "Nutrient Deficiency Test" which was taught to students and used nationwide by chiropractors and bogus nutritionists.
In July 1985, the New York Attorney General brought actions against Donsbach, his university, and the International Institute, charging that they lacked legal authorization to conduct business within New York State and that it was illegal to advertise nonaccredited degrees to state residents. Abrams also charged that the institute's "Nutrient Deficiency Test" was a scheme to defraud consumers. This test was composed of 245 yes/no questions about symptoms. When the answers were fed into a computer, a report of supposed nutrient deficiencies and medical conditions was printed out. The questions did not provide a basis for evaluating nutritional status. A scientist with the FDA's Buffalo district office who analyzed the computer program (in connection with prosecution of a Donsbach University "graduate") found that no matter how the questions were answered, the test reported several "nutrient deficiencies" and almost always recommended an identical list of vitamins, minerals, and digestive enzymes. The questionnaire also contained questions about the subject's food intake during the past week. However, the answers given did not affect the printout of supposed deficiencies.
In 1986, Donsbach and his Institute agreed to: (a) stop marketing in New York State all current versions of its nutrient deficiency questionnaire and associated computer analysis services, (b) place conspicuous disclaimers on future versions of the questionnaire to indicate that the test should not be used for the diagnosis or treatment of any disease by either consumers or professionals, and (3) pay $1, 000 in costs. Donsbach and the university agreed to disclose in any direct mailings to New York residents or in any nationally distributed publication that the school's degree programs were not registered with the New York Department of Education and were not accredited by a recognized agency. The university also agreed to pay $500 to New York State.
In 1987, Jacob Swilling assumed ownership of Donsbach University, which was renamed International University for Nutrition Education but soon went defunct. Since that time Donsbach's primary activity has been the operation of Hospital Santa Monica, a Mexican clinic that offers dubious treatments for cancer and other serious diseases.
Donsbach's "Graduates"
Donsbach University "graduates" typically refer to themselves as "nutrition consultants, " a term also used by some reputable nutritionists. Some are still in practice. At least four Donsbach "PhD's" have been in legal difficulty:
* Jacob W. Kulp, DC, practiced chiropractic in Cheektowaga, New York. In 1983, he pled guilty to a charge of violating federal drug law by claiming that wheat bran tablets would improve a patient's nutrient absorption by eliminating "black intestinal plaque" -- a condition unknown to medical science. The "patient" was an undercover agent for the U.S. Postal Inspection Service who paid $25 for the advice. Kulp was sentenced to six months' probation with special conditions that he not pose as a nutritionist or give nutritional advice through broadcast media unless he acquires a graduate degree in nutrition from an accredited college or university.
* Sandi Mitchell practiced as a nutrition consultant in Alabama. In 1985, she was permanently restrained from "the maintenance of an office where the individual care and treatment of persons is performed, including the diagnosis of human diseases or conditions, the giving of instructions on good nutrition thereon, recommendation of colon irrigation, and recommendation and sale of vitamins, food supplements and homeopathic medicines." She was also barred from performing diagnostic tests or using the designation "Dr." or giving individual advice to specific persons for human diseases and conditions.
* Gary Pace practiced as a nutrition consultant in New York City. In 1985, New York State Attorney General Robert Abrams filed a civil suit accusing Pace of practicing medicine without a license, false advertising, and illegal use of educational credentials. Pace's schemes, said Abrams, induced hundreds of consumers to pay him for improper physical examinations, worthless laboratory tests (including hair analysis and herbal crystallization analysis), bogus nutritional advice, and unnecessary vitamin, mineral, and herbal supplements. The case against Pace was supported by affidavits from thirteen aggrieved clients and two undercover investigators, all of whom had been advised to take supplements. Some of the female clients reported that Pace had examined their breasts or genitals. Several clients underwent significant expense to obtain medical reassurance that they did not have various diseases that Pace said they had. One was advised by her medical doctor to stop taking vitamin A because her palms had become yellow as a result of overdosage. Abrams said that at least 251 clients had paid Pace an average of $307 during the previous four years. Many had been attracted by his ad, which was the largest of eleven listings in the "Nutritionists" section of the Nassau County Yellow Pages. Pace also taught in the extension division of a local community college and hosted a radio program. The investigators discovered that the "free consultation" promised in Pace's Yellow Page ad was merely the brief telephone conversation in which he advised prospective clients to make an appointment. The case was settled with an injunction forbidding Pace from engaging in the unlawful practice of medicine or using "Ph.D." or "Dr." in dealings with the public unless he obtains a degree from an institution recognized by New York State. Pace agreed to pay $2, 000 to the state and to make restitution to dissatisfied clients. He also agreed not to do further "nutritional counseling" unless he obtained proper credentials or posts a $150, 000 bond.
* Raymond J. Salani, who practiced as a "nutrition consultant, " was charged in 1989 by the New Jersey Attorney General and the state board of medical examiners with practicing medicine without a license, violating the state's clinical laboratory act, and committing insurance and consumer fraud. The complaint stated that Salani misused the term "doctor, "prescribed excessive quantities of food supplements" that were ineffective or potentially toxic, and issued fraudulent reports to insurance companies. In December 1989, a superior court judge enjoined Salani from representing to the public that he has a doctoral degree unless he acquires one from an accredited school. A few months later, the judge approved a consent agreement barring Salani from representing himself as a doctor, recommending supplements for any specific medical problem (except under medical supervision), diagnosing medical conditions or symptoms, or filling out insurance forms in a misleading manner. Salani was also required to inform clients that the FDA does not recognize any need or usefulness for the products he typically recommends. He also was assessed $11, 000, part of which was used for restitution to insurance companies and former patients.
* George Zabrecky, DC, is a Connecticut chiropractor who treats cancer patients. In 1991, his license was suspended for six months and he was successfully sued for treating a cancer patient with cellular products that appeared to have destroyed the man's liver.
Other Donsbach "graduates" I have identified include Michael Adelson, JD, H. DeWayne Ashmead, Sheila McKenzie Barnswell, Kenny F. Bastien, Cheryl A. Beckett, Donna Billmeyer, William Brown, Dorothy L. Cady, Ralph E. Carson, Herbert Eller, Marcy Foley, , Hanoch Guy, Betsy Jorgensen, Kathleen Kellers, Marian Kibler, Jan A. Krancher, Lark Lands, Joan Matthews Larson, William H. Lee, RPh, Ruth Yale Long, Richard Marconi, Neil McAlister, Charles Parry, Cynthia Poa, Osha B. Reader, Jack Richason, William Daniel Roberts, David W. Rowland, James Salvadori, Jr., Barbara Reed Stitt, Irwin Stone, Thomas A. Sult, MD, and Cindy Zeislot.
Public Protection Efforts
As Donsbach graduates began representing themselves to the public as nutrition professionals, the American Dietetic Association began a drive for passage of state laws to restrict use of the word "nutritionist" to qualified professionals with accredited training. So far. more than 40 states and the District of Columbia have passed laws to regulate nutritionists. Some make it illegal for unqualified persons to call themselves dietitians or nutritionists, while others define nutrition practice and who is eligible to practice. The most basic requirement is completion of accredited training. Licensing does not offer complete protection against all forms of nutrition practice conducted privately between consenting adults. (It does not, for example, protect people from the poor advice offered by many chiropractors, acupuncturists, naturopaths, and health-food retailers.) But it can deter untrained individuals from widely advertising that they are experts.

Drug Orachel Ordered Off Shelves in New York State
September 06, 1985
|JEANNE BOYER | Times Staff Writer
A vitamin product which is advertised as an alternative to heart surgery--and which has been distributed by a Huntington Beach company--was ordered removed from stores in New York by that state's attorney general.
A lawsuit was filed in Manhattan Thursday by Atty. Gen. Robert Abrams seeking to prevent sale and distribution of the drug Orachel, as well as damages and restitution to people who have bought the product in New York since Jan. 1, 1984.
Abrams said that Orachel, which sells nationally for between $35 and $50 for 300 tablets, has never been proven effective and has not been approved by the federal Food and Drug Administration.
The attorney general's office said that Orachel was created by Kurt Donsbach of the Donsbach University School of Nutrition in Huntington Beach and distributed by HRG Distributors in that city. However, a receptionist who answered the phone at HRG's number said the company had been bought out by LP Distributors.
Another woman at LP, who identified herself as Janet, said that LP bought HRG's accounts receivable as of April 1 and was continuing to distribute Donsbach's line of products, although "we no longer sell Orachel." She would not give a reason for discontinuing the product, and referred inquiries to the office manager, who refused comment. Donsbach did not return phone calls to his nutritional school office. Donsbach University is a mail-order school offering degrees in nutrition.
Donsbach pleaded guilty in 1971 to a misdemeanor charge of practicing medicine without a license, according to the California Department of Health Services and court records.
In 1973 he pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor violation of new drug laws for marketing new products without having the necessary applications on file. He was fined and placed on probation. In 1974 he pleaded guilty to violating probation by not divesting his interest in a Garden Grove vitamin factory.
Abrams said the Orachel label claims the drug is "a scientifically compounded and clinically proven formula that helps the body remove dangerous contaminants that may clog the arteries." The label also mentions "recent controversy about the long-term effectiveness of coronary bypass," and suggests Orachel as an alternative.
Berufsverbrecher läßt man laufen.

About Dr. Ed Schwarz
I began my career in nutrition after being cured of a severe case of hives, for which I was treated with heavy medication for 13 years. In 1977, my condition was dramatically reversed by a nutrition/vitamin program (Shackly Vitamins). Being convinced that there was an alternative to drugs/medication I began my journey by studying nutrition and naturopathic medicine. In 1984, I received a B/S and M/S degree in Science of Nutrition from Donsbach University, California. While living in the Caribbean, 1983 and 1984, I completed botanic medicine and naturopathic medicine with the International College of Natural Health Sciences (England), (Barbados campus). Well acquainted with Naturopathic medicine and Homeopathy (called Heilpraktik in Germany) (also very prominent throughout Europe), I was finally able to realize my dream and received my N.D. degree (naturopathic medicine diploma) in 1985 with an eclectic study in that field by completing courses prescribed by several Health Science Universities.
In 1984, I became an active member of the Metabolic Research Foundation. Under the guidance of Harold Manner, Ph.D., Professor of Biology at Loyola University and the discoverer of Laetrile, I completed an internship at the Manner-Cydel Cancer Clinic in Mexico in 1985 and became a member metabolic physician, treating many patients with terminal illnesses. During this time I served as medical director of the Alpha & Omega Alternative Health Care Center in Congers, New York, a multi-discipline practice of chiropractic and medicine.
It was during that time that I met Joseph Scogna, Jr., scientist, researcher and founder of the Life Energy Research Foundation and began studying his system. Scogna had developed a very sophisticated computerized system for research, called SAF (Symptom Awareness Format) and an Infra-Red Sensing device (digital thermography), jointly developed with Micron Instruments. This revolutionary system was taught at the foundation’s school in Reading, Pa., at 24 monthly modules. Scogna’s system was then and is now still far ahead of its time, and with the help and knowledge of Dr. Scogna I was able to develop an allergy testing and therapy program, that is on the cutting edge of success in allergy treatment/ desensitization using homeopathically formulated antigens.
During the next fifteen years 1984 to 1999, I continued my studies in homeopathic medicine at various centers in the United States, including the American School of Oriental Medicine & Homeopathics in Miami from 1984 to 1986. My studies in homeopathy led me to Mexico, Canada, Germany and several times to India, where I studied with Dr. S. K. Banerjea of the Bengal-Allen Medical Institute, Calcutta, India, and in 1987 earned a DHt. (Diploma in Homeotherapeutics). Later that year, I was awarded a degree in alternative medicine M.D. (MA) from Medicina Alternativa, a University of the World Health Organization, for contributing to this new science of “alternative medicine”. In 1994-1995 I studied with Dr. Andre’ Saine, in Canada, at the Canadian Academy of Homeopathy and also attended the 1995 summer school program of the National Center for Homeopathy at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
In 1991, I completed a second B/S Degree in Biology from New York University, and in 1992, graduated from the New York College of Chiropractic. I have been licensed in the states of New York, Pennsylvania and Florida.
In 1997, I was board certified as a CCN (Certified Clinical Nutritionist) with the IAACN (International and American Association of Clinical Nutritionists), and also became a Diplomate (DACBN) of the American Clinical Board of Nutrition.
In the field of chiropractic medicine, I studied flexion/distraction – disk therapy with Dr. James M. Cox, developer of the Zenith Cox Flexion table. During my last two years in chiropractic school, I studied “Nimmo” trigger-point therapy, “Travell” myofascial trigger point therapy, myofascial release therapy with John F. Barnes, P.T. founder of the Myofascial Release Technique Institute, and A.R.T. (Active Release Techniques) with Dr. P. Michael Leahy, DC, CCSP, for soft tissue management and pain relief. Through referrals from an MD, I was able to relieve much suffering and pain in patients diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I completed 100 hours of AK (Applied Kinesiology) with Drs. Goodhardt/Cordaro and 100 hours of Advanced Radiology with Dr. Russel Ehrhardt.
In 2000 I moved to Naples, Florida, with my wife, and in 2004, opened the Healthy Advice Chiropractic clinic, serving patients suffering with all types of health issues. While continuing my research in allergy therapy, classical homeopathy and nutrition, I am able to provide professional education and support to physicians in the field of bio-energetic medicine.
Dr. Edwin Schwarz has been an active member of the following organizations:
* 1984 - The International Academy of Certified Nutritional Consultants (CNC)

Frequently Asked Questions
Academic Questions
Hawthorn University has been approved to operate certificate and degree granting programs in Holistic Nutrition from the California Bureau of Private Postsecondary Education, school code #8441699.
Hawthorn University has determined that the resources, energy, and time necessary to receive and maintain accreditation are substantial and detract us from our mission. We believe strongly, at this time, that our efforts should remain focused on the quality of instruction, course content and dedicated to student satisfaction and success.
The following letter was sent by Hawthorn's Education Director, Dr. Liz Lipski, to her students in the doctoral program at the University.
Dear DSC Students,
While we want to be accredited, not being accredited is not the end of the world. I worked as a nutritionist for 23 years with my master's degree from Donsbach University. Like Hawthorn, it was licensed by the State of California as a vocational school. With my degree I was able to work in many medical offices, both holistic and conventional, be the nutritionist for a 35 doctor multi-specialty clinic attached to a hospital, be the nutritionist at several health clubs, two spas, develop and run corporate wellness programs, get a great publisher for my first book, have a radio show, have a column in a local newspaper, teach, and much more. Not ONCE did it make a bit of difference to anyone, nor did they typically ask if I had gone to an accredited school. The only roadblocks I ever encountered were because I was not a dietitian.
We see every day that our graduates and students are finding great jobs in physician's offices, health clubs, on an Indian reservation, opening their own offices, and elsewhere. Some of you are already health care professionals, and this is an additional degree.
As graduates of Hawthorn you are eligible to sit for national board certification in Holistic Nutrition. I encourage you to join the National Association of Nutrition Professionals and to sit for these boards. Many of you may also go on for post-graduate training with the Clinical Nutrition Certification Board and sit for board certification in Clinical Nutrition (CCN). The education you receive at Hawthorn prepares you to have a great career.
My best,
Liz Lipski, PhD, CCN, CHN

Stop Believing It!
FACT: Each year, more than a million people in the U.S. have a heart attack. About half of them die. Coronary heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women in the U.S.
FACT: Each year, over 700,000 people in the U.S. suffer strokes. And sadly, stroke is the 3rd leading cause of death in this country; it causes more serious long-term disabilities than any other disease.
These statistics are from the National Institutes of Health.
You are likely to become another heart attack or stroke statistic if you continue to believe the life-threatening lies which have been perpetuated by the mainstream medical machine.
For instance, you've been told for years that the primary cause of heart disease is an elevated level of cholesterol. You've been told to quit eating eggs, to start using polyunsaturated vegetable oils, margerine instead of butter, and to change over to soy products. And, of course, if all else fails, you can always pop those cholesterol-lowering statin drugs, which the problem was created for to begin with.
Naturally, you're probably wondering: if cholesterol isn't that bad, why haven't you been told the news before...
Would the billion-dollar drug industry rather see you taking expensive and potentially dangerous drugs (like cholesterol-lowering statins) than making healthy, inexpensive and simple changes to your diet?
Do you think these big companies want the truth coming out?
How much would their stock market holdings be worth then?
To Protect Your Heart, You Must Ask Your Doctor About These Tests:
Lipoprotein(a). This is a hereditary factor. If your father's or mother's level, for example, was high, yours will also likely be high.
C-reactive protein. This test measures inflammation. The most accurate test is the highly sensitive CRP, called hs-CRP.
Homocysteine. This measures a breakdown product found during the metabolism of the amino acid methionine.
Fibrinogen. This tests measures how easily your blood coagulates.
The medical community now agrees that inflamation is the culprit when it comes to damage to the walls of the arteries. The body uses cholesterol, along with calcium,to repair the damage caused by the inflamation. This is known as plaque. Doesn't it just make sense to avoid the things that cause inflamation, such as high insulin levels in the bloodstream and free radical activity?

This is exactly true what you are writing, I have lectured many people about that very fact the drug industrie is outright criminal, considering that they know the many side effects drugs create, they are still promoting highly dangerous drugs, and the doctors are their hand maiden, prescribing drugs for all kinds of complaints which could be treated by simple self control, or natural ptoducts like herbal medicine. I attended some of Dr.Donsbach seminars, he explained that very problem you are highlighting in your article. However people are not willing to give up their unhealthy life style and therefore it is very difficult to make that point.

Dr. Donsbach was my teacher more than 20 years ago. I got my Nutritional Certification at Donsbach University at Huntington Beach, CA in 1984. I have found that most people don't care about their health until they get sick! That's when they are ready to make lifestyle changes. Too bad! Prevention is the key.

TheHerbDoctor
the herb doctor...the best of health to you
Healthful Living
About Us
Who is the Herb Doctor? Allow me to introduce myself and tell you a little bit about what I do. My name is David W. Sloan and am happily married with three healthy and active sons. I am thankful for my Christian faith which continues to give me positive strength, hope and guidance in my personal and professional experience.
For many years now, I have also been a firm believer in Natural Healing. Like many of the patients I see, I once suffered from many diverse health challenges and as a last resort I sought professional help to guide me in implementing diet, nutrition, herbal and other natural therapies. It was here that I found the answers to the various problems that had been afflicting me. Thanking the Great Physician for leading me to know and benefit from what I consider to be the True way of healing, I have considered it a great privilege and honour to be able to share this precious knowledge with my patients. It has truly been gratifying to see many, many people undergo a remarkable and unbelievable transformation from poor health to vibrant well-being.
Vibrant HealthKeys to Vibrant Health: I believe the Keys to Vibrant Health begin with the wholistic approach. To obtain Total health, we must regard the Total person. This means not only the physical but the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of our makeup as well. In this way, the underlying causes of poor health can be determined and a program designed to restore buoyant and vibrant health. By teaching my patients correct nutrition and living habits as well as recommending those steps necessary to cleanse the body and rebuild strength and vitality, it soon becomes apparent to the patient that he or she must learn to be responsible for his/her own health. Thus, disease prevention and preventative medicine can truly become a reality.
The areas in which I specialize in are the therapeutic use of Herbs*, Diet and Clinical Nutrition*, and Homeopathic Medicine* to aid the body in returning to optimal vibrant health and function.
I have studied extensively in these areas. The following is a summary of my credentials:
* 1980: Began my practise in the living room of our apartment at which time I received a Master of Herbology* degree from Emerson College of Herbology. In the same year Emerson College awarded me a Fellowship for completing advanced study and training in Plant Botany, Natura Medica, Formulation, Botanic Medicine and Therapeutic Application.
* 1981: Certified in Reflexology* from the Reflexology Association of Canada. The art of Foot Reflexology* fascinated me from very early on and it was one of the first courses I undertook to equip myself as a natural healer. I could write a sizeable book about the benefits and results Reflexology* has been able to accomplish for my family and patients concerning many different types of health issues.
* 1984: Graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Clinical Nutrition* from Donsbach University School of Nutrition, California (school is no longer in operation).
* 1984: Certified in Colonic Irrigation* by Dr. Wood, MD, ND of Chicago. Over the course of sixteen years, I performed at least 10,000 or more colonic irrigations until I closed up my Aylmer office in '91 and our country clinic in 2001! I no longer provide this service but refer our patients out to other qualified Colon Therapists.
* 1985: I studied and received certification in Homeopathy* from the Herbal and Wholistic Association of Canada (no longer in operation).
* 1986: I was awarded a Doctor of Nutritional Medicine (NMD) by the American Nutritional Medical Association (ANMA) from the John F. Kennedy College of Nutrimedical Arts and Sciences for completing requirements in five different modalities of nutritional medicine. Unfortunately, I do not believe that the ANMA is still active. As this degree was not recognized in Canada, I applied for and passed the requirements to practise as a Registered Nutritional Consultant Practitioner (RNCP)* Along the way, I took several courses in Iridology* and added that to my skills as a practitioner as well as numerous other educational courses in many other areas. For example, I studied Clinical Nutritional Urinalysis* and Hair Analysis* which has been a tremendous benefit to our patients over the years. We also are able to provide our patients with the tremendous benefits of Dry Blood Analysis*.
* 2005: Received board certification from the Examining Board of Natural Medicine Practitioners - Canada as a Doctor of Natural Medicine (DNM). Doctors of Natural Medicine* are Naturopathic Physicians who are trained in the basic medical sciences as well as in traditional medicine and tailor such treatments to the needs of the individual in a way that acknowledges the patient as a participant in the healing process.
* 2008: Completed all requirements to receive the degree of Doctor of Homeopathic Medicine[HD(RHom.)] from NUPATH(National United Professional Association of Trained Homeopaths). This is a regulated profession in Ontario and as such is being included in more and more extended health care benefits packages.
* 2008: took training in Orthomolecular Medicine* and instead of RNCP I now carry the designation ROHP which stands for: Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner. This area of training is of special value in knowing how to treat mental illness successfully by natural means on its own and along with prescription medications.

AD|MAX Media Solutions, a unit (LLC) of Catalyst House, Inc., an agency introducing local merchants to its “unified multi-stream” campaign. Leveraging the new and emerging efficiencies and interactive qualities of the Internet, cable Tv, and traditional coop-residential coupon mailings, with a barter-payment and commerce component, allows local businesses to participate in an exclusive media and marketing campaign that would otherwise prove cost-prohibitive to most local area small merchants.

Home Meditation Specific Meditations Beyond Fear
Beyond Fear
postauthoricon
Written by Gus Fowler | | Print |
Gus FowlerThe master, who you desire to become, you already are. It is actual a mental state you reach after the illusions are removed and higher-level thinking replaces them. Fears are the biggest blocks that keep people from achieving the level of mastery they desire. The subconscious mind draws to us whatever we think about. Fear is a very strongly energized thought and has a lot of power to create undesirable conditions in our lives. "Like attracts like" and if you are always thinking of fearful things, the very things you fear will be attracted to you. You control your attitudes by what you think. The important thing to remember is that you are in control, this is mastership. Circumstances do not control your thinking, you make the choice. An effective exercise to eliminate fear is visualization.
Allow me to lead you through a meditation to eliminate one of your fears. First, I want you to identify the fear you want to eliminate at this time. You can choose a different fear the next time you practice this exercise. In your visualization pretend that you have already mastered the fear and see yourself doing the thing you feared without being afraid. Now let's enter the still state to eliminate the fear you have identified.
Assume the meditation position. Close your eyes and take a deep breath through your nose and hold it three seconds and let it out of your mouth very slowly. We are going to start progressively relaxing your body, beginning with your feet. You may use some other relaxation technique instead of this one, if it is too difficult for you. I want you to tense the muscles in your feet. Do this now! Curl the toes, tense the feet muscles, now let them go and feel the muscles relax. Pause. Now tense the muscles in you legs and thighs, now relax them. Feel them growing very relaxed and limp. Pause, now move up and feel the wave of relaxation moving into the stomach area and just simply will those muscles to relax and let go. Pause, now your chest area, tense those muscles and release them, let them relax. Now tense your back muscles, arch your back and tense the muscles. Now release and let go. Now make a fist with both hands, tense and squeeze the muscles in your hand, your arms and shoulders. Now release them and relax. Now you are in a calm and tranquil condition.
Feel your whole body very relaxed. You are comfortably relaxed, enjoying the peace and tranquility in this beautiful paradise in which you will find yourself. Repeat these words out loud after me. I am still. Now listen to my words and know that you are entering into a very still state and becoming very very relaxed. You are comfortably drifting into a deep relaxation, replacing deeper and deeper letting go more and more. Let all of your tensions simply melt away. Your muscles are switching off now. Your nerves are switching off now. Now say out loud after me. I am still. Now visualize yourself going into your inner sanctum you have created. In your sanctum there is a specially designed lounge chair. When you sit in this chair you instantly go into a deep relaxed state of stillness. Now sit in your specially designed lounge chair and you fall into a deep relaxed state.
Describe the fear out loud you have identified and print it on the screen of your subconscious mind in the large letters. Now write the word FEAR below the description of the fear you have written on the screen of your subconscious mind. On the arm of your specially designed lounge chair there is a destruct button. It will unleash tremendous energy that will disintegrate whatever has been written on the screen of your subconscious mind. In a moment you will push this button and see a blinding flash of white light disintegrate all the words off the screen. As you do this I want you to say the word "cancel" out loud three times with emotion, after me. Then I want you to see the word cancel fading from the screen. Fading, fading, fading, gone. You are left with a pure white screen. Now the words I want you to see on the screen, written in a beautiful golden light, are love, calmness, and peace. Think deeply on these words until they sink deeply in your consciousness.
It is now time to return to the place where we are doing this meditation. Count with me out loud 1, 2 coming up to 3, feeling wonderful and good, 4 coming fully alert, 5 eyes open alert, aware, and awake here and now.
Stretch out as you listen to my words. This meditation is a powerful and effective one to remove any kind of fear. It is important that you visualize the screen completely blank after you push the disintegrate button and say the word cancel. The blank white screen is an indication that you have erased that fear from your subconscious mind. Have no apprehension that this meditation did not work, but go about your daily affairs believing that it is gone.

My Health Consulting and How it works?
* I believe the first step in health is lifestyle changes, nutrition review, and detoxification after a complete analysis of history and lifestyle.
Part of my program is based on the work of the famous Dr. Paul Bragg who began the health store movement in this country. His apple cider vinegar drink to maintain the PH balance in the body is a mainstay in my life and in my work.
I incorporate his plan for health which includes fasting, getting rid of sugar, empty foods, healthy eating, exercise, and so much more.
I do work with you as well if you do not want to go vegetarian but just want to alter your nutrition more healthfully. I do work with the issue of culture and culture foods. I will work with the level you are seeking but will let you know what I feel would be best for your future overall health.
My Health Consulting will also reduce your risk factors leading to Diabetes, Strokes, and Heart Attacks!
You fill in an in-depth health/diet/history questionnaire to determine what factors such as diet or lifestyle issues could be a problem in your health or imbalance.
* I will ask you more questions and get more input after I study the questionnaire submitted.
* I will then go over diet, exercise, personal and family medical history, environmental factors, stress level, and attitudes that may be influencing your path to health.*
*
* At the end of the health analysis. I make recommendations on diet, exercise, lifestyle changes, environmental changes , stress relievers, Affirmations, Mental Imagery, Meditation, herbs, vitamins, and essential oils that might be helpful...
* I also may suggest you see a doctor referral for tests and further evaluation. I will give you guidance to further books, information that may benefit you.
Payment arrangements over time and based on a sliding scale can be worked out if you need counseling but have financial difficulties:

About Jan
Hi and thanks for coming by:
My name is Jan Shimano and I have lived a long and very interesting life, but don’t worry, I am not going to take up your valuable time telling you my life story….perhaps another time!
For many years I was District Manager with Health & Welfare Canada and as such was responsible for half of the Province of Saskatchewan. I have also been self-employed as a Nutritional Consultant and a Master Herbalist.
My family and I were plagued with numerous health problems….some minor but some very major ones….I decided that I was going to be proactive and take control. That’s when I decided to get my degree in Nutrition from the Donsbach University. Dr. Donsbach is very well-known in the alternative health care field. I also studied at the same time to become a Master Herbalist.
There are so many medical complaints that have drastically improved for me and my family, I don’t know where to begin. This is a list of some of them:
Acid Reflux;
Irritible Bowel Syndrome;
PMS;
Menopause;
Chronic Fatigue;
Liver Disease;
Cancer; (Malignant Melanoma and Thyroid Cancer);
Skin Disorders;
Depression;
and the list goes on….
Either me or a member of my family has battled with the above conditions and has been successful in finding the most natural ways to significantly improve our health.
The purpose of this Website is to share the knowledge that I have acquired over the years and also to present the most up-to-date information I can find on the subject I am writing on.
I welcome your comments and if there is a medical condition that you would like me to write about, please let me know.
I am looking forward to getting to know you personally and invite you to come back here on a regular basis.
Please go ahead and sign up for my free newsletter. I will be sending it out at the beginning of each month. There is no obligation and you can opt out whenever you want.
So thanks for taking the time to read my little introduction…please browse around and I look forward to your next visit.
To your abundant health,
Jan Shimano

Iridology with Gary Richer, B.S., M.H.
$55.00 1/2 hour appointment
(consultation includes Live Cell Analysis)
WHAT IS IRIDOLOGY?
Iridology is a non-invasive, safe and painless diagnostic technique. It is the science of analyzing the delicate structures of the iris of the eye. Your iris contains a unique pattern in the delicate fibres, which is mapped into zones representing all the organs, glands and functions of the body. The iris reveals body constitution, inherent weaknesses and various levels of health. By determining exactly where a particular marking lies, an Iridologist will know of a potential health problem.
A Leader in Nutrition, Gary Richer is an accomplished Iridologist, Herbalist and "Live Cell Analyst." His studies in iridology began in 1982 with Dr. Bernard Jensen. After graduating from Donsbach University with a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition, he continued his studies with a Masters Course in Herbology. He specializes in Cleansing Programs, Herbal and Vitamin Support and Diet Changes. Gary's philosophy is "Given the proper nutritional environment, the body will heal itself."

John W. Apsley II, MD(E), DC.
John W. Apsley II, MD(E), DC.
Dr. John Apsley has been involved with clinical research specializing in cellular regeneration and accelerated wound repair for the past 30 years. He perfected a unique and novel rapid regenerative electrical acupuncture technique in 1995. Utilizing silver needles wired to micro-current transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (uAmp-T.E.N.S.), these techniques induced high-rate wound repair. When used with picoscalar silver particles, inducible and reproducible epigenic events are achieved. Research into anti-aging medicine led Dr. Apsley to postulate that the human aging process is being accelerated in our modern age by insidious chronic infectious processes. From these observations, he approaches anti-aging medicine in a two-step process: first remove the infectious processes safely and efficaciously; and second, induce regenerative effects at the cellular level across aging tissues.
Dr. Apsley holds degrees in nutrition - B.S., chiropractic - D.C., and medicine – MD(E). Certifications include Independent Medical Examiner (IME), Spinal Disability Evaluator (CSDE), and Insurance Claims Reviewer (IRC). He is also a qualified instructor of Electrodermal Scanning and Darkfield Microscopy. Dr. Apsley earned his degree in nutrition from Donsbach University in 1981. He graduated Magna Cum Laud from Life Chiropractic College, located in Marietta, GA., and in 1984, and went on to earn his medical degree in eclectic and integrative medicine from The British West Indies Medical College, in Grand Turk, Turks & Caicos, in 1987. In 1994 he became a licensed acupuncturist (Diplomate Ac.) in the state of Alabama. He has practiced primarily as a: licensed naturopathic physician specializing in oncology, chiropractic physician specializing in A.K. and, trauma acupuncture specialist.
Dr. Apsley has written or co-authored five books, including a best seller entitled The Regeneration Effect. Additionally, he has published and lectured extensively on the techniques of human regenerative techniques in medicine within the clinical setting. Presently, he also serves as IMREF’s chief editor for various articles published within the medical field that report on various clinical investigations conducted by IMREF’s medical scientific advisory board membership. (See list of publications below.)
As Executive Director of IMREF, Dr. Apsley has established two fundamental and compelling funding goals for interested philanthropists. The first is to establish within the global medical community that nanotechnology has rendered silver into an unparalleled antimicrobial agent that shows great promise to surpass the entire class of antibiotic agents currently known. The second is to establish within the field of the nanosciences that sub-nanoscalar silver will usher in a new era to modern medicine; namely, proven techniques of regenerative medicine. IMREF’s mission is to reveal to the world that silver rendered into sub-nanometer size clusters suspended in water (technically referred to as uniform picoscalar oligodynamic silver hydrosol or UPOSH), could offer the world dramatic and unprecedented results in both the control of the most lethal infectious processes, as well as anti-aging medicine. With the help of the silver industry at large, IMREF and its highly experienced and competent research team stands alone as the leader in this specialized field of research.
Currently, Dr. Apsley resides with his wife Linda, and family of seven children, in Fall City, Washington. Their oldest son is 26 years of age, and their youngest child is seven years old.

Product Description
"And God said, Behold I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat." (Genesis 1:29)The Bible refers to herbs more than 3,000 times! Many are mentioned by name. That herbs are intended for our use is undisputed. How we should use herbs, however, has been the subject of much controversy. The Little Herb Encyclopedia (Revised Edition) ends the debate. It includes a thorough list of the most common and beneficial herbs and widely acclaimed herbal combinations. In addition, The Little Herb Encyclopedia list the most prevalent health problems, and their most effective herbal remedies. No longer is extensive research necessary before using Nature's medicine. The Little Herb Encyclopedia is a ready reference, a quick way to find the answers to your most common herb questions.

Dr van Rossum
Stanley H. van Rossum, DC, PhD
Independent Spirit Research
Ordained Spiritual Healer, Medium, Telepathic, Empathic,
Author, Teacher, Chiropractor, Acupuncturist, Kinesiologist.
Education:
AA degree: American River College, Sacramento, CA.
BA degree: New College of California, San Francisco, CA.
DC degree: Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, Los Angeles, CA.
PhD degree: Donsbach University, Huntington Beach, CA.
Who is Dr. van Rossum?
Dr. van Rossum is an independent spiritual researcher who developed a method to align body, mind, and
Spiritual Energy to the Cosmos in relationship to Spiritual Time. This allows the soul to "Set the Record
Straight" for previous lifetimes. Previous lifetimes have an affect on daily life, this is the issue, for every human
aberration and or condition there is a related spiritual issue to be addressed.
While in the study of Chiropractic he was ordained as a Spiritual Healer from the former Temple of Spiritual
Wisdom, Los Angeles, CA. His ordination was not planned, it came to him in 1972 while studying
Chiropractic, both came to him, he was not in pursuit of either, this is destiny in action.
The Lesson
Let life pursue you, don't pursue life. Live one day, one moment, at a time. Focus on the moment, and in doing
so your past will be a reflection of your life according to Cosmic Structure, and your future will be a
representation of your Cosmic Self.
Cosmic Structure
Cosmic structure is a balanced body, mind, and spirit equation. The moment man offends himself he violates
his life and cosmic structure. In the process a door opens to an altered state of being, and the individual
becomes vulnerable to the tragedies and sickness of life.
"Spiritual Integration" will close the door to this altered state of being and set the record straight. Unless the
door is closed and the record set straight, the altered state of being will remain. Leaving the individual
vulnerable to the tragedies and sickness of life.
The Cosmic Self
You are a spiritual being who has come from the Cosmos to experience life as a human being. Upon your
death you will return to the Cosmos according to the Cosmic Structure you developed on the earth as a human
being. Be cautioned, an altered false Cosmic Structure will not allow you to return to the Cosmos and you will
remain bound to the Spiritual Realm of the earth until you make a correction.
This is your Quest
Develop your Cosmic Structure of life and then walk that path so you may return in honor, to your home in the
Cosmos upon your death as a human being.
Cosmic Structure is a balanced body, mind, and spiritual energy state of being. When dis-eased, which is any
out of balance condition, the correction begins with:
Spiritual Integration
In the process to set the record straight for past lifetimes and the alignment of body, mind and spirit to the
Cosmos in relationship to Spiritual Time one must understand this is a process, not a one time event.
The process begins by knowing one must become acquainted with the working hypothesis of the spiritual
realm. This is the metaphysics of Spiritual Integration developed by Dr van Rossum and the Realm of Spirit.
To participate in this project one must begin the study and go beyond desire and enter the hypothesis in
search of the True Self.

Zitat von der Diskussionsseite dort:
Let's Talk Health / Alpha Nutraceuticals, Inc. / GMGH International, LLC / Golden Tones International, LLC / OxyLifeCo
Donsbach also apparently operates a nutritional supplements business called Let's Talk Health, of 3441 Main Street, Chula Vista, CA 91911, and the www.letstalkhealth.com web site. The ownership is confusing, but it was apparently part of Alpha Nutra, Inc., formerly Alpha Nutraceuticals, formerly Sierra-Rockies Corp., but is now part of GMGH International and/or Golden Tones International, LLC.
Another Donsbach business is called OxyLife or OxyLifeCo, but it is not clear to me how that business fits into the web.
When this article was tagged with {{POV}} and {{unencyclopedic}} tags, back on April 2, 2007, it was done from static IP address 216.70.244.51, which belongs to Let's Talk Health, Inc. NCdave 15:30, 10 September 2007 (UTC)
Another Donsbach-associated business is apparently TRC Nutritional Laboratories (www.trccorp.com), formerly or a/k/a Rockland Corp. or Rochland Corp. (both spellings seem to be used). NCdave 15:52, 10 September 2007 (UTC)
