Ganz abgesehen davon, daß Elon Musk lügt, kann man hier schon die neue Methode sehen: ein Angriff auf die Firmen, die Werbung bei Twitter betreiben dürfen. Richtig gelesen. Dürfen!
Die Werbung wird nach ihrer angeblichen Relevanz sortiert. Das bedeutet, daß man sich als Hersteller oder Händler anstrengen muß, um seine Werbung überhaupt bei Twitter zeigen zu dürfen.
Was wird die Folge sein? Die Preise für die Werbung werden steigen. Twitter soll zur Elite werden. Zutritt nur noch für Zahlungskräftige. Dazu paßt, daß Elon Musk vor kurzem vor Aktionären nicht nur von der radikalen Verringerung der Zahl der Angestellten bei Twitter redete, sondern auch erhebliche Gewinne in Aussicht stellte. Mehr Gewinn durch weniger Ausgaben (weniger Personal) und mehr Einnahmen durch höhere Preise?
Es geht nicht um Geld? Doch, und wie!
Außer die Surfer zu schikanieren und zu zensieren ist die neue Marschrichtung darüber hinaus das Schikanieren und Zensieren der Werbenden.
Am Ranking wird sich nichts ändern. Bloß der Preis wird steigen. Alles wird teurer.
Freiheit ist unbezahlbar.
