Wenn das Gewaltmonopol des Staates benutzt wird, um mit der Gewalt aus den Waffen der Staatsorgane die Bürger zu terrorisieren, ist die Existenz des Staates automatisch beendet.

Der Staat hat die Pflicht, die Bürger zu schützen. Kommt der Staat dieser Pflicht nicht nach, ist er automatisch nicht mehr existent und die Organe des Staates sind Söldnerarmeen für organisierte Bandenkriminalität.

Die Politiker sollten diese Grenze niemals überschreiten. Es wäre das Ende.
