I have been fortunate in my medical career to have the opportunity to study with the founder of the Biomagnetic Pair Therapy, Dr. Isaac Goiz of Mexico.
My work with him laid the framework for my continuing studies and discoveries as a Certified Biomagnetism Therapist.
Often I am asked about the origins of biomagnetism and the work that I do, and the story inevitably goes back to the time I spent studying from Dr. Goiz.
His life story merits a book, but in this program/blog, I will cover the highlights.
Originally a physiotherapist and medical physicist, Dr. Goiz worked for 20 years as head of the Department of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine at the National Institute of Respiratory Diseases in Mexico.
He began medical school at the Autonomous University of Puebla, Mexico and graduated as an obstetric surgeon. He worked then as a physician and physiotherapist, continuing to take certifications. He received degrees in alternative medicine, including taking Dr. Richard Broeringmeyer’s Energy Therapy Course in 1988 in Guadalajara.
He combined all of his training with Dr. Glasser’s book in Medical Physics and discovered the revolutionary Biomagnetic Pair Therapy while treating an HIV positive patient. Within eight days, the patient showed improvement. Dr. Goiz went on to develop 350 biomagnetic pairs.
His quest for learning included receiving his Doctorate degree in Medical Bioenergetics from Oxford University in England in 1999.
He currently consults and train others in his field at 10 (and growing) universities around the world.
Essentially, biomagnetism is a healing method that uses natural magnets (no machines) to erase biochemical distortions affecting the body. In other words, magnets are used in order to help the body have proper potential hydrogen (pH) balance. With that, the body cannot heal.
Although magnets have been used for centuries to heal, Medical Biomagnetism or Biomagnetic Pair Therapy has only existed since Dr. Goiz’s discovery in 1988.
Dr. Goiz says his interest in therapeutic uses for magnetic fields happened as a result of learning about Dr. Richard Broeringmeyer’s discovery that pH imbalances can be detected by placing natural magnetic fields to the body. Dr. Goiz concluded that if imbalances can be detected, then they can be corrected.
When I first studied with Dr. Goiz he told me bluntly: “Don’t believe anything I’ve said, but go out and prove it!” I have taken his challenge very seriously.
I’ve witnessed that this method has saved the lives of many who have come to my healing center. It has also improved the quality of life for those who have been living with chronic pain for years.
But just like Dr. Goiz told me, I’m telling you: “Don’t believe anything I say, prove it yourself.”

I understand that you may be skeptical; I was at first as well.
I cannot tell you how many people I ended up helping who told me at first that they only wanted to be treated by their medical doctor because they thought they were the sole source of scientific help.
Are you really sure about that?
As one medical doctor told me: “Diagnosing a patient is more an art than a science.”
If the medical system is a pure science-based fact, why do so many medical errors, misdiagnosis and mistreatments happen on a daily basis?
And why is it that there is more and more disease in our developed countries where people have access to medical doctors? Why are more people sick and more hospitals being constructed?
My point is that there are many unanswered questions left by the allopathic medical system.
Instead of detecting and addressing underlying causes of disease, patients are managing their pain through medications and surgeries. And the medical tests you take, what are they good for? For the most part they only photograph and describe the symptoms once there is a visual manifestation.
